Carlsson Aigner CK65 RS “Eau Rouge” Dark Edition based on the Mercedes Cl65 AMG

CarlssonCarlsson the great Mercedes-Benz tuner, announced today the debut of the Aigner CK65 RS “Eau Rouge“ Dark Edition at the Zurich Auto Show. The new vehicle based on the Mercedes-Benz CL65 AMG will be produced in small series, and will be available in tow levels of performance, developing 705 hp and 756 hp (and 1,150 Nm).

The sport exhaust system by Carlsson generates more output and a truly powerful roar. Dominating the rear of the Carlsson Aigner CK65 are four Carlsson designed end pipes which electrify through their raw sound. Compared to the serial exhaust system, the exhaust back pressure and pipe guide are maximized for efficiency. With that, Carlsson attains a high improvement in torque and performance. The latest Carlsson aerodynamic accessories and components emphasize the stylish profile of the model. However, the Carlsson Aigner CK65 “Eau Rouge” Dark Edition has its own distinctiveness and profile in both the inside and outside. More details and photo gallery after the jump!

VITT Super Wide Edition - Mercedes CL-ClassAfter we saw the Kicherer CL60 we were impressed and thought that that was the best tuning kit for the Mercedes CL-Class…until today, when we saw the VITT W216 Super Wide Edition.

The new customization programme from the Japanese tuning house, includes a re-designed front bumper with integrated fog lights and new air inlets, an aggressive bonnet with new air inlets, widened front and rear fenders, new side sills, a re-designed rear bumper and a new rear trunk spoiler. The kit is completed by the big 5-spoke alloy wheels which not only improve the looks but also the handling of the vehicle. Price of the kit: $19,520 or €15,000. The only bad news is that the kit is available for the moment only in Japan… More photos after the jump!

Mercedes-Benz CLS550 by Job DesignThe four-door coupe from Mercedes-Benz, the CLS is already a stylish vehicle and doesn’t need any customization. Of course, not everybody agree with this and in order to sustains its point of view, an Japanese tuner called Job Design unveiled today its body kit for the Mercedes-Benz CLS550.

Inspired by the Lexus IS-F, the new kit includes a new front bumper, new front fenders, side sills and a new rear spoiler featuring a new exhaust system just like the one on the IS-F. Also a new air suspension kit was installed as well as a new set of alloy wheels. More photos after the jump!

Hamann SLR VolcanoHamann Volcano is the latest masterpiece coming from the German tuner, specialized in high-end supercars. We all know the Mercedes-Benz SLR is already fast but there are people who need to improve its performances: this is when Hamann steps in!

The new Volcano based on the SLR, feature an entirely new body kit consisting in a carbon-fiber front lip spoiler, new side sills, extended carbon-fiber fenders, a new rear air diffuser, a rear wing spoiler and a new 6-pipe ( the standard car features 4 pipes, 2 on each side) exhaust system. At the exterior we have new custom leather and carbon-fiber accessories. The engine was also improved but unfortunately the manufacturer released no data regarding this! Carlsson CK63 - Mercedes Benz C63 AMGMercedes-Benz has made an extraordinary statement in the medium class series with the release of its C-Class top-of-the-line model C63 AMG.

The relatively small C63 AMG houses an engine bigger than the 6-liter V8. However, since the power yield is comparably low, Carlsson set in motion its hidden potential. With a power ceiling of 565hp, the CK63 speeds far ahead of its competitors leaving them all behind its stainless steel exhaust end pipes. Equipped with new wheels and more athletic aerodynamics, the C-Class series clearly demonstrates some top features.

2009 Mercedes GLK by BrabusBrabus, a.k.a. the Mercedes-Benz tuner, unveiled today its exclusive program for the recently launched Mercedes GLK. Guaranteed for three years (or up to 100,000 kilometers or 62,000 miles) the new kit was created in order to add a plus of personality to the Bmw X3 rival.

The new kit manufactured from high-end Pur-R-Rim plastics features a re-designed front bumper with integrated daytime running LEDs as well as optional auxiliary high beams and fog lamps, new side sills with integrated LEDs in order to illuminate the ground on either side of the SUV for safe entering and exiting of the vehicle in the dark, a new roof spoiler and a new rear apron with integrated Brabus 4-pipe sport exhaust system. The new kit is completed with a multitude of tire/wheel combinations, from the Monobloc A wheels in size 8.5Jx17 to 21-inch high-end Monoblock S/ E/ VI light-alloy wheels. In order to improve the handling and the stability, the car received a new set of sport springs lowering it with up to 35 mm.

2009 Mercedes CL600 by KichererFor some of you the 2009 Mercedes CL600 needs no introduction, due to the fact that it represents the flagship coupe of the German manufacturer. Powered by a V12 twin-turbo engine, capable to develop 510 hp and 828 Nm of torque, the CL600 represents the ultimate luxury coupe. Of course, not all the people are satisfied by its performances and some of them want to improve it.

Kicherer, the German tuning house specialized in Mercedes vehicles decided to improve the looks but also the performances of the vehicle and released the customization kit for the stylish coupe.The new body kit includes a re-designed front bumper, new side sills and a carbon-fiber rear air diffuser, while at the interior new carbon-fiber accessories were added. Under the hood the V12 engine was boosted to 570 hp and an astonishing 900 Nm of torque. Also, in order to improve the handling and the stability the car has been lowered with 25 millimeters while the body kit was completed by new 20 inch Kicherer RS01 alloy wheels.
