Pagani Zonda RThrough the suggestions of passionate track focused Zonda enthusiasts, Pagani has designed the Pagani Zonda R with customized engineering solutions to meet the high performance requirements of a track day vehicle. A carbon-titanium composite central monocoque, enhanced rigidity while significantly lowering weight.

The Zonda R comes with a Mercedes-Benz AMG 6.0-liter racing V12 bolted straight to the chassis and generating 750 hp and 710 Nm of torque. Instantaneous throttle response is achieved through a direct throttle actuation utilizing a mechanical cable. Through a steering wheel-mounted shift paddle, the driver is able to shift gears at speeds of 20 milliseconds made possible through a dog ring gearbox incased in Xtrac Magnesium and paired with the Automac AMT system. The driver can also totally adapt the settings of the Zonda R while driving through a 12-way Bosch Motorsport traction control and ABS system. More details and photos after the jump!

Pagani Zonda RThe Pagani Zonda F is an intuitive road car that is easy to drive that sets the standard for safety, comfort, and reduced overall weight. Completed in high quality finish plus attention to detail make the Zonda F one of the most coveted supercars which has translated into the selling out in quite a brief period of time of its 25 Coupe variants.

Meanwhile, the Zonda R, the design of which was started from the bottom up, comes with only about 10 percent of the components of the Zonda F. Special features would include: Avional forged suspension, fresh Pagani 6-speed transversal sequential gear, monocoque in carbon fiber, and a four pump fuel tank. The machine comes with an extended wheelbase by about 47mm compared to the Zonda F and an overall height by 394mm while the track is boosted by about 50mm. Aerodynamics and body structure have been enhanced to generate the maximum downforce. More details and photos after the jump!
