Tata Motors planning to build Land Rover models in India next year

Tata Motors is planning to build some Land Rover models in India starting next year, according to its chief executive officer. Also, the Indian manufacturer is considering building Land Rover and Jaguar models with a joint-venture partner in China. Now we don´t know if moving the production of Land Rover and Jaguar models will affect their quality, but we do hope we are wrong and the luxury British vehicle will show the same quality we are used to. For those who don´t know, due to the increased sales, Tata Motors beat forecast and reported a consolidated net profit of 19.89 billion rupees ($429.59 million) for the quarter ended June 30.
