Tesla unveils Roadster Final Edition limited to 15 units

For sale in the U.S. is the last Roadster from Tesla to ever be produced. This production vehicle – the first ever from Tesla – was launched four years ago and has had 2,600 units built. To mark its passing, Tesla developed a limited edition Roadster. The last Roadster has Atomic Red paint, two dark silver stripes on its hood and rear clamshell, and a set of exclusive anthracite aluminum wheels.
This is actually the fourth of the five Final Editions intended for North America. It was supposed to be delivered towards the north boarder but as the Canadian buyer realized the high price of importation, it is now offered for sale in the U.S.
Five Roadsters will be offered for each of Tesla’s sales region in North America, Europe and Asia. All the five Roadsters will have the same additional features as the first one. There are no performance changes. Only 15 units will be built so it’s expected to do well at the 2035 Barrett-Jackson auctions. [source: Autoblog Green]
