Toyota to unveil 2013 Yaris Trend at upcoming Paris Motor Show

2013 Toyota Yaris Trend

Toyota will unveil the Yaris Trend supermini for model year 2013 at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, slated on September 29 to October 14, 2012 at Paris expo. The 2013 Yaris Trend supermini features exterior styling essentials and dedicated interior finishes, textures and colours that are designed to attract younger customers who have an eye for fashion and design. Although the 2013 Yaris Trend may be the most compact car in its segment, Toyota’s design allowed the vehicle to still retain a class-leading interior space. The vehicle also boasts of having the tightest turning circle at 4.7 metres, allowing it to easily maneuver through tight city streets and parking spaces.

During its launch last year, Yaris had the distinction of being the first car in the supermini segment that provides an advanced yet affordable multimedia system like the Toyota Touch and with satellite navigation, Toyota Touch & Go. Some of the styling elements that make the 2013 Yaris Trend unique include chrome features in the fog light surrounds and headlamps. White versions of the 2013 Yaris Trend feature matching white covers in the headlamp units.

The supermini retains its blacked out B and C-pillars as well as its chrome door sills and door mirror covers. The interior of the 2013 Yaris Trend mirrors the exterior theme. The interior comes with a black and white finish with contrasting ochre elements, designed to impose clean looks and visual impact. Toyota, however, changed the geometry of the centre console. The soft-touch dashboard and upper door panels are now finished in white to highlight the horizontal lines of the design. The dashboard carries a theme that correspond to the exterior bodywork, with Deco line surface detailing.
