Senner Tuning has given the Audi S5 Coupé a program that includes modified bumpers, a radiator grill, aluminum optics of the door mirror and the four-pipe exhaust system. What the experts at Senner Tuning AG, Ingelheim set out to do was for the Facelift-S5 to have a wilder character.
Its performance has been improved with the lifting of throttling of the maximal speed as well as the installation of a power converter and performance sport air filters that enable the engine to work at 277 kW 377 hp and 500 Nm torque. It has a stainless steel sport car exhaust system with 100-mm race-looking end pipes.
The front and back part of the car body of the ibis-white colored S5 has been tuned with new front and back lights and it also comes with LED lights so that signs are more visible. The middle disks and 8,5x20 inch outwardly pushed wheel-tires combo from the Corniche Challenge wheels (with the red Undercut Trim) and Vredestein Wintrac Extreme 245/30R2090W winter tires (speed index W = up to 270 km/h) are supportive of the Variant 3 Inox Line-KW coilovers with an individually adjustable height, rebound and pressure level.
The interior enhancements include a flattened Audi R8 steering wheel with shift paddles and carbon speedometer panel set. All the passengers get access to DVDs during trips. The Senner Tuning also offers an exclusive Supercharged Emblem, which is built totally from carbon. There are additional features but they’re still being developed. When buying the vehicle, the optional equipment, and tuning, the price totals to €79.900 but the tuning alone costs €12.900.
Since the birth of the Audi A5 models, the Cabriolet, Coupé, and the Sportback -- have astonished all auto fans with their sophistication. The crisp lines and masculine façade make bold statements. The development of the new design provides accents that have drastically improved their appearance.
The single-frame grille coated in high-gloss black is painted on the upper corners. Its lateral bars and rings of the Audi look as if they were handmade. Its bumper displays defined air inlets and humongous struts, even fog lights and overhauled grilles. Sculptured edges make the engine hood look three-dimensional; and the full view of the front looks wider and more even.
Front lights, particularly the headlights, have also been remodeled. The lower portion almost forms a smooth wave, and the car’s inside feel has been reorganized. There’s also an option for xenon plus headlights, and the daytime LED running lights blend well with the framing of the headlight. Audi also has an adaptive light system with a turning light and a cornering light. Lights at the rear end have been reinvented as well and come with optional LED light strips.
Design development even added one millimeter to the dimensions of the exterior surface. The Sportback is 4.71 m long, and the Cabriolet and the Coupé are both 4.63 m long. Color choices have been expanded to 16 colors. The acoustic top, which is fully automatic, comes in four colors for the Audi A5 Cabriolet. For Audi enthusiasts who want a more vibrant look, they have the option to get the S line exterior package.
Audi’s rigid vehicle body never fails to impress along with its exceptional crash safety, low weight and almost-zero vibrational comfort. Fenders in the front are created from aluminum for better axial load distribution. The underbody was built with fine-tuning measures, ensuring excellent aerodynamics.
