Already offered in many customized versions is the previous generation Audi TT, but the tuning firm MTM believes it can still raise the bar with the latest upgrade which consists of various revisions and performance choices.
So, basically, the tuning specialist revised the powerplant, exhaust system, suspensions and brakes and fitted a new body kit with 9-spoke Bimoto high-performance alloys so that the car will look more aggressive and sporty.
MTM's goal is to extend the emotional attractiveness of the TT and to make a car as individual as the user.
The powerplant for the Audi TTS, the 2.0 TFSI quattro unit with the 6-speed S-tronic direct-shift gearbox delivers a top power of 279kW (380 hp) at 6240rpm and torque of 494 Nm at 4580rpm. The TT can attain a top speed of 265km/h (164 mph), but the tuner says that it can still go faster contingent on the size of the tires.
The Audi TT is a permanent AWD car with stopping power coming from 380x34mm drilled, 8-piston Brembo-caliper brake system (5,500 Euros). The lowering springs cost 250 Euros. The wheels are Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 245/30 ZR 20.
The price for the aftermarket model, with all mods and installation included, is 73,715 Euros. The base price for the Audi TTS is 46,000 Euros, with the 380 hp kit such as the 330 hp kit with mtm exhaust manifold, turbocharger and air vent priced at 17,000 Euros.
