Misha Designs upgrades the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG

Article by Christian A., on August 30, 2014

On September 9, Mercedes-Benz will unveil the all-new 2015 Mercedes-AMG GT, a successor to the SLS AMG. Still, there are plenty of people who own an SLS AMG and want to customize their vehicle. As a result, Misha Designs decided to unveil their new tuning programme that takes the German supercar to another level.

Clearly inspired by the SLS AMG Black Series, the new tuning kit includes a new front bumper, new hood and redesigned side sills. At the rear, there is a carbon fiber air diffuser with integrated exhaust system and a new rear spoiler.

In addition, Misha Designs offers a new set of multi-spoke wheels wrapped in high-performance tires.

There are no words about engine upgrades, which means that we will see the same 6.3-liter V8 front-mid engine that generates 571 hp (420 kW) and 650 Nm of torque.

With a total weight of 1,620 kg, the standard Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is able to hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.8 seconds, while top speed is electronically limited to 317 km/h or 197 mph. Combined fuel consumption of the V8 engine is 13.2 l/100 km.
