MMD by Foose 2015 Mustang GT is a 810 hp dream

Article by Christian Andrei, on May 26, 2015

Modern Muscle Design (MMD) joined forces with Chip Foose and unveiled a stunning one-off 810 hp supercharged MMD by Foose 2015 Ford Mustang GT. Revealed at Foose Design headquarters in Huntington Beach, California, the new vehicle will be given away at the 2015 AmericanMuscle Stang Show.

As we said, the vehicle arrives with 810 hp thanks to a Bama Performance 2.9-liter twin scroll Whipple supercharger that teams up with the standard 5.0-liter V8 petrol engine. Moreover, the vehicle received a custom carbon fiber driveshaft and upgraded axles from The Driveshaft Shop, 20-inch Foose Design wheels wrapped in Pirelli tires, a Magnaflow Competition Cat-back exhaust system and a Vogtland Sport Suspension.

When it comes to design, Chip Foose sketched the aerodynamic kit and changed the whole appearance of the coupe. As you can see from the photos, the vehicle is fitted with a Foose Chin Spoiler that adds a cleaner, lower appearance to the front bumper, a Foose Hood Scoop that adds an aggressive look to the front end as well as new rocker panels that match the side profile of the vehicle.

Furthermore, the Foose Side Scoops accent the car’s factory body lines and work in conjunction with the MMD by Foose ¼ window louvers and hood scoop. Speaking about window louvers, Chip Foose made sure that the new ones add just enough depth to nod a retro/scooped design. Finally, the rear spoiler completes the aggressive design that will definitely turn your head.

According to the official press release, the new components will also be available as stand-alone parts to order later this year.

"We are very excited to work together with MMD and legendary designer Chip Foose to debut the MMD by Foose Mustang to the world," said Justin Dugan of AmericanMuscle. "We are thrilled to be able to offer fans a chance to win such a unique Mustang at our car show this summer."
