Upcoming Audi Q3 to be built by Seat in Martorell factory

We reported few weeks ago that the new Audi Q3 will be based on the Steppenwolf Concept and new here is more news! Audi announced that the new baby SUV will be built by Seat's factory in Martorell. AutoWeek reports that the German manufacturer has to make a tough decision due to the hard financial times and satisfy more than 13,000 people who work at the factory. Of course, the manufacturer will also receive some official help from the Spanish Ministry of Industry. According to the authorities, a help of 112 million Euros will be enough to see the new Audi Q3 leaving the Martorell factory. Until then prepare for the Q3 main rival, the Bmw X1 which will make its debut this autumn.
