Volkswagen and BYD preparing new partnership

Last week, a Chinese delegation from BYD carmaker, made a visit in Germany at Volkswagen's new Technology Center in Isenbuttel and the test track in Wolfsburg. Ok, nothing interesting until here, but it appears that the German manufacturer and BYD signed an memorandum which could take to an interesting partnership. During this visit, both parts made some test runs in different cars, such as the Golf Twin Drive and a prototype of an electric vehicle. We shall see if the new partnership succeeds, but according to our sources there are great chances to see the Vw technology on BYD cars. For those who don´t know, BYD is the Chinese manufacturer who recently cloned the Porsche Cayenne.
