Volvo has introduced its latest race car – the Volvo V60 Racing – which is powered by a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder T5 engine and delivers more than 250hp. Volvo had recently given us a teaser of the V60 Racing wagon that was slated to debut at the 2012 Sao Paulo Motor Show. The Volvo V6 Racing has a paint scheme that offers a tribute to the Volvo 850 station wagons that participated in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) during the 1990s. The V60 Racing is equipped with a set of 18-inch wheels covered with Michelin Pilot Sport 2 rubber. Meanwhile, the powerplant is partnered with a six-speed, dual-clutch transmission. It’s expected that we will soon see more of the Volvo V6 Racing wagon in action. Many fans are hopeful that the dual-clutch transmission will be used in some street cars.
