Chinese automakers are busy getting involved in takeover negotiations for many European brands. While they´re doing that, they´re presenting the market with clones copied from the most iconic and famous brands. Judge for yourself this car photographed in the Changfeng factory. This image obtained by chincartimes.com give us a glimpse into how the future model, codenamed CP2, will look like. In the adjacent photo published on sohu.com, you can definitely see the borrowed inspiration from Volvo S40 (Check out the headlights!) mixed with Volkswagen and Audi features. Sohu.com says that the car measures (LxWxH) 4,480mm x 1,770mm x 1,462mm, and has a wheelbase of 2,640m, which means it enters the B segment to compete with Mazda6 and VW Passat. So far, the "best" copy of a model is Geely's GE limo, which is an exactly replica of a Rolls Royce Phantom but comes at a fraction of its price.
