VW Passat TSI EcoFuel Trendine is the greenest car in Europe

The popular drivers' association of Germany, ADAC, considers the VW Passat TSI EcoFuel Trendine with natural gas (CNG) is the greenest European car today. This is the consequence of ADAC's ECOT, where the car hit 92 points out of the perfect score of 100. It garnered awards during the test for pollutants (50/50 points) together with real-world fuel economy and carbon emissions of 139g/km, where it scored 42/50. The vehicle utilizes 4.9kg of natural gas every 100km. Toyota Prius, which scored 89/100 points went in second place.
