Vw Scirocco BlueMotion in the works

According to the latest reports, it appears that Volkswagen is considering an ultra-efficient Bluemotion version of the Scirocco, which will extend the eco brand of the German manufacturer. The new version is going to receive a small diesel engine, possibly the 104bhp 1.6 TDI from the Golf Bluemotion some aerodynamic tweaks, low resistance tyres as well as different gear ratios. And this is not the only surprise: Passat CC and Tiguan SUV are also going to receive the eco treatment as soon as possible. [via autocar]
