Vw Scirocco APP Automotive
An upmarket Project Car resulted from the partnership of APP Europe with CFC, KW Automotive, MR Car Design, Rieger Tuning, and Wimmer Rennsporttechnik. The car is made to sit on Vredestein sport tires on which APP Europe installs a stoptech high performance stopping system which comes with 4-pistons and two-piece slotted discs measuring 355x32mm. Rounding off the brake system is the ground-breaking Stahlbus caliper air vent plug. Included in the collection are APP Europe 19 inch, 3-piece aluminum rims in two-color design and made of forged aluminum.
The middle comes with rotating rim-logos and the wheels are wrapped in Ultrac Sessanta high performance rubber from Vredestein. Rieger provided the car with an integrated tuning bodykit which includes a front apron, side skirts, valance accretion at the rear with diffuser optics installed.
Approved V3coilovers are provided by KW Automotive to get the car ready for the track. Wimmer Rensporttechnik brings in the electronic-pro to the already sporty Scirocco engine raising the power yield to 261 PS and 380Nm with optimized software, helping the car hit 263km/h as maximum speed. The contribution of MR Car Design consists of optimized backpressure, manually welded sport exhaust system made from steel and a TUV certificate to boost optimal power generation and improved exhaust audio. Additionally, MR Car Design puts in 35 percent fins limited slip differential to cancel wheelspin. The DSG Software required some tweaking to accommodate these changes. Improved exterior looks is taken cared of by CFC.
