Two Canadian auto enthusiasts, a father and son, Clyde (a retired engineering professor) and Hugh Kwok (a racecar driver), came up with a car called the W3 Triposto which is coachbuilt and patterned after the Porsche 911 and comes with the capacity of seating three occupants across with the driver in the center. The engine of the Triposto is air-cooled horizontally opposed 6-cylinder unit that can produce 300hp and a maximum speed of 180mph. The body of the car is made of carbon fiber, Kevlar and aluminum with a speedster windscreen, air intake mounted high, swinging doors, and a classic racecar silhouette. The price is certainly not for everybody, as one has to shell out $250,000 to possess one of these.
