Zenvo Automotive unveils ST1 supercar

Zenvo Automotive, the Danish firm, has exactly done just that with the announcement of the ST1, its latest venture. With a mid-installed turbocharged and supercharged 7.0-liter V8 unit, the ST1 generates an unbelievable 1,104 hp and conveys it through a 6-speed manual gearbox.The venture began in 2004 and the first production vehicles are hopefully expected to be delivered next year. The initial performance tests were finished in October and the ST1, which is rear-wheel-drive, is asserted to have attained 62 mph in a traction-limited 3.2 seconds. The race to 120 was achieved in less than nine seconds and the ceiling speed is said to be 233 mph electronically limited. So it is not a Veyron/Ultimate Aero/GT9/CCX-killer. The Zenvo ST1 appears unique for sure, with quite a geometric look, as well as vents which are boomerang-shaped decorating the sides, hood and grill.
