The richest of the rich is not just like any rich people you know, as these guys can multiply their money in a very short amount of period. You are probably wondering how they do this because you want to do it for yourself, but it isn’t that easy because you really have to be loaded. What they do is they invest their money in a super rare supercar, like the Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta. After some, they’re able to sell it for double or even triple its MSRP.
The Speciale, similar to the 360 Stradale and F430 Scuderia, was meant to become an even more hardcore version of Maranello’s mid-engine supercar. Surely, it’s an excellent piece of work with its naturally aspirated 4.5 liter V8 that carried out no less than 605 PS (597 horsepower) and 540 Nm (398 pound-feet) of torque, plus the number of modifications it has got.
With this engine, it is capable of accelerating from zero to 62 miles per hour (100 kilometers per hour) in only 3 seconds flat, before continuing to its maximum speed of 325 kilometers per hour (202 miles per hour). The car is very easy to handle and has a really sexy roar.Read the entire article 2015 Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta with 57 miles on odo is on sale for 3X its original price
The Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta is one of the few models out there that only the extremely privileged could acquire. In fact, you would have to be a highly regarded customer in Maranello to get one of the 210 examples to sit in your garage. But even with how expensive this car is, each example has already been accounted for. So if you did not get a chance to buy one the first time it came out and have regretted it ever since, today may be your lucky day.
That is because there is one Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta that is currently being sold at the Seven Car Lounge in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The open-top version of the LaFerrari currently has 62 miles on its odometer, which means that it is good as new - probably the closest one you could get to a factory fresh model.
Though this example has an open-top, it still is based on the fixed-roof hypercar. Under its hood, it comes with the same 6.2 liter hybrid V12 powertrain that produces 950 horsepower, paired with a seven speed dual clutch transmission that gives that much power to the rear wheel drive. The Aperta is the first version in the series since the mid-1990s to be built with an open cockpit. The last one like it was the F50.Read the entire article Very rare white open-roof Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta is for sale in Saudi Arabia
Oh, can you say that again? There’s a “used” Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta with 0 km mileage and with a listed price of $7,349,400. Okay, so let’s just round that off to 7.35 million USD or 27 million dirhams to be exact. Too much or just right? You be the judge. While Ferrari hadn’t officially revealed the Aperta’s unit price, it’s believed each came with a $3.9 million price tag. The only problem if you’re a true fan and are loaded is that all examples were sold out even before it was officially launched. If you were one of those who didn’t make the cut, you have to bear the higher price margin set by certain dealers or former owners.
James Edition, the world’s luxury marketplace, has recently posted this LaFerrari Aperta in Rossa Corsa body pain offered by a premium seller based in Dubai. For those who missed out on obtaining the fastest open-top Ferrari ever built, you should know that the dealership in UAE is under the name of GTR Motors and is located in Al Aweer New Auto Market Block 2, Showroom Number 18.
Spec details show a 2017 year model LaFerrari Aperta with 8 cylinder engine, automatic gearbox and an all-wheel drive drivetrain. The left-hand drive cabriolet is also featuring Ferrari’s iconic red paint job with black interior. While the description said it is “used” and the odometer shows otherwise, it could only mean that its first owner had bought it for “investment” purposes.Read the entire article $7.35 million LaFerrari Aperta is looking for new owner in Dubai
Do you ever wonder what challenges automakers have in selling limited edition cars? It’s different for each company but it can get stressful if the demand is high instead of the other way around. For instance, Enrico Galliera, Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer of Ferrari recently sent out 200 boxes each containing a key of the limited-edition LaFerrari Aperta to their preferred clients, and all 200 of them bought the new model without even knowing how it looks. It’s crazy particularly when you factor in that each vehicle has a $3.9 million price tag.
Obviously, the company has no problems when it comes to marketing its cars. In fact, it did not even have to market the car publicly and it didn’t even divulge its price. The open-roof Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta is equipped with a naturally aspirated V12 gasoline-hybrid powertrain generating 950 horsepower.
In an interview with The Drive, Ferrari said that they always have a much higher demand than their supplies. So what they do is they try and identify which of their customers deserve the limited edition car. Galliera added that he considers the LaFerrari Aperta as a gift to their best customers - even if they have to pay millions for it.Read the entire article 2018 LaFerrari Aperta units have sold out, Ferrari is pressured to resolve long waiting lists
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay isn’t only famous for his cooking. He’s also known for throwing tactless remarks on live TV. What some people don’t know is that the same dude owns several limited edition Ferraris. Well, at least now we couldn’t blame the guy for his extraordinary taste. And guess what? Ramsay is also one of the lucky people to have the latest LaFerrari Aperta delivered at his doorstep. Exactly.
First of all, Ferrari’s limited edition LaFerrari Aperta comes with a 6.3L, naturally aspirated V12 engine. Then, it boasts an output of up to 950 hp and goes from 0-62 miles per hour in less than 3 seconds. Just like Formula 1’s kinetic recovery system, the Aperta uses a combination of hybrid technologies for its engine.
As anyone would’ve expected, Ramsay immediately took a video of his “giant spider” to share on social media. The British chef after all has over two million followers on Instagram. He must have been waiting for this moment after he proclaimed weeks ago (via Top Gear) that put in an order for Ferrari’s most insane and probably most expensive convertible.Read the entire article Gordon Ramsay drives his 950 hp LaFerrari Aperta in London [w/video]
Fans of Josh Cartu know that in addition to being a social media celebrity, he also races with celebrated Italian racing team AF Corse. However Cartu is also known for his collection of Ferraris, one of which is the Ferrari F12tdf. Recently, this entrepreneur has revealed the latest addition to his collection which is the LaFerrari Aperta in white.
This model was first unveiled by the Prancing Horse during the 2016 Paris Auto Show and Cartu is one of the few who managed to get his hands on this excellent beauty early. In terms of visuals, this version looks better compared to the ones in the promotional film and even on the model that was displayed at Paris. In addition to the white color, there is the subtle black livery where there are pinstripes which go through the bonnet’s center. This is then complemented by the wing mirrors and the wheels, both in black.
Based on the images that Cartu shared, the doors of his LaFerrari Aperta have clearly been redesigned, particularly the opening mechanism, as there is no fixed roof. As such, the doors instead open at a certain angle in a manner that is similar to the McLaren’s butterfly doors. While Ferrari has yet to officially release a price for the LaFerrari Aperta, estimates reveal that the early units, totaling 200, are expected to cost at least $2 million each. Still, considering this model’s appeal, it won’t come as a surprise that once delivery is accepted, the prices will increase significantly. Indeed, this will make the LaFerrari Aperta a strong investment.Read the entire article Josh Cartu treats social audience to first look at white LaFerrari Aperta
At an auction held this weekend during Ferrari’s 60th anniversary celebrations in Beverly Hills, the first 458 Speciale Aperta was sold for a staggering $900,000. According to Ferrari, the money went to Daybreak, a charity that focuses on cures for rare genetic diseases. Although the official pricing for the 458 Speciale A (Aperta) was not released, we do know that in Europe the vehicle will start at around 216,000 euros before taxes, which means around $275,000.
This means that the first production 458 Speciale Aperta will definitely be the most expensive one sold by Ferrari. For those who don’t know, the Ferrari 458 Speciale A was introduced at the 2014 Paris Motor Show but 4WheelsNews was the only website to announce it back in June.
The spider version of the 458 Speciale uses the same 4.5-liter V8 engine as the coupe, delivering 605 hp (445 kW) at 9,000 rpm an 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine pushed the vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.0 seconds, to 200 km/h (62 mph) in 9.5 seconds, while top speed is in excess of 200 mph or 320 km/h.Read the entire article Ferrari auctions first 458 Speciale A for a staggering $900,000
Ferrari’s new 458 Speciale Aperta a.k.a. the spider version of the 458 Speciale arrived today at the 2014 Paris Motor Show as company’s most powerful spider in its history. Just like the coupe version, the 458 Speciale Aperta is powered by a 4.5-liter V8 mid-rear engine that generates 605 hp (445 kW) at 9,000 rpm and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) at 6,000 rpm.
The new model zooms from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.0 seconds, to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 9.5 seconds, while top speed is 320 km/h or 200 mph. In addition, the 458 Speciale A (A as in Aperta) runs the quarter mile in 10.8 seconds and posted a Fiorano best lap time of 1’23”5.
The design is not new as the vehicle is identical to the coupe but what’s new is the innovative retractable hard top (RHT) that transforms the vehicle into a stylish spider in just 14 seconds. Compared to other convertibles, the retracted roof takes up to 100 liters of space rather than the usual 150-200 liters required on other models.Read the entire article 2014 Paris Motor Show: Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta is the vehicle we wanted to see [Live Photos]

All 80 units of Ferrari’s special 599 SA Aperta have been scooped up but the carmaker still wanted to tease the public by unveiling the five available color and trim configurations.
Ferrari had displayed the 599 SA Aperta, the open-air version of the 599 GTB Fiorano, at this year’s Paris Motor Show. The SA Aperta, the latest variant of the 599, is produced to honor Pininfarina’s 80th anniversary, which is why there are 80 production cars.
The car features a lower, reshaped windshield, twin roll hoops integrated into the rear buttresses, and a removable fabric top. The Ferrari SA Aperta is powered by a V12 engine delivering 670 hp at 8250 rpm and a maximum torque of 620 Nm at 6500 rpm.

Ferrari revealed today the SA Aperta also known as the 599 Roadster, a new car which will take the centre stage at the 2010 Paris Motor Show later this month.
Built in a limited edition of just 80 units, Ferrari chose to build the SA Aperta in celebration of Pininfarina's 80th anniversary. SA comes from Sergio and Andrea Pininfarina, whose company have been linked to the most successful road-going cars ever built at Maranello.
The bad news is that the new car has already been sold, because you may have know it already: the car had a private unveiling in August at the 2010 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.Read the entire article Ferrari SA Aperta (599 Roadster): official details, photos and specs
This is the Ferrari P540 Superfast Aperta, a one-off supercar from the Italian manufacturer built for an American client. Second in a new Special Projects programme created by Ferrari to meet requests from the most discerning clients and collectors to create truly unique models, the new vehicle is based on the 599 GTB Fiorano (also make sure you check the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano China Limited Edition) and was inspired by a Carrozzeria Fantuzzi-designed Ferrari built specifically for the 1968 Fellini film, Toby Dammit.
You may wonder who is the lucky guy who bought this piece of art, right? Well, he is Edward Walson, son of John Walson, the inventor of cable TV.
The new car was designed by Pininfatina and Walson (built in Maranello of course) in order to produce a modern reinterpretation of the gold-coloured car in the film.Read the entire article Ferrari P540 Superfast Aperta: a one-off golden dream
