The new 2018 Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII is on the way, but still, all we had been seeing are camouflaged prototypes of the eight generation of this iconic nameplate. Fortunately though, images of the supposed Phantom VIII – sans the camouflaged – suddenly appeared, giving people a more vivid idea on how the eight generation would actually look like.
Earlier this year, the very last of the Rolls-Royce Phantom VII left the carmaker’s manufacturing base in West Sussex, England. While it signaled the end of the seventh generation of the Phantom, it also indicated a new generation – the eighth one – is on the way. Given the definite success of the already iconic Phantom VII, fans and enthusiasts are really looking forward to the next generation.
Introduced in 2003, the Rolls-Royce Phantom VII has been a definition of utmost luxury for 13 years. Given the fact that this Rolls-Royce model doesn’t really need to undergo major tweaks in design and style as it jumps to a new generation, the upcoming Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII is expected to look similar to its predecessor. Of course, there would be a number of changes, but that would come in the form of innovations and technologies, instead of design.Read the entire article Chinese website leaks images of 2018 Rolls-Royce Phantom sans camouflage
Is Toyota bringing back to life its Supra sports car? The Japanese carmaker is thought to be reviving the now dead Toyota Supra sports car, but hasn’t yet made any official statement about it. The biggest indicator could have been a supplement brochure showing off the Toyota Supra, but that really doesn’t mean a thing unless the carmaker confirms it.
Citing a report from a Serbian Web site, our friends at Motor1 initially said the brochure was official material from Toyota. However, Motor1 later posted an update saying that the brochure is actually a supplement to Holiday Auto, a Japanese magazine. The cover features a headline that says “The sports of Toyota, All-new Supra.” The cover also features a close-up image of a headlight, purportedly belonging to the new Toyota Supra.
The second page contains a table in Japanese text. It tells us that the new Supra measures 4,380 mm (172 inches) in length, 1,830 mm (72 inches) in width and 1,280 mm (50 inches) in height. Moreover, the table says that the new Supra has a wheelbase that measures 2,470 mm (97 inches). The brochure went on to say that the new Toyota Supra – depending on the version -- will weigh between 2,976 lbs and 3,152 lbs (1,350 kg and 1,430 kg). In addition, the new Toyota Supra would ride on 18- or 19-inch alloy wheels.Read the entire article Fake brochure says Toyota Supra sports car is back for the 2018 model year
Pictures have been released of a 1:18 scale model of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-class, which is scheduled to have its official introduction next week. This scale model is a direct preview of the new luxury saloon. The automaker made the newest 'W222' S-class more luxurious in order to fill the empty space that Maybach left with an extra-long-wheelbase 'Pullman' variant that’s meant to be at the top of the range.
This will compete with models such as the Rolls-Royce Ghost and Bentley Mulsanne. In other parts of the lineup, a coupé will replace the CL.
A cabriolet will also be introduced to offer the ultimate in luxury when it comes to open-top vehicles. The S-class will feature an entire array of new technology.Read the entire article Leaked: 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class scale model and brochure

As you may know already, Toyota unveiled the Prius C Concept back in January, at the 2011 Detroit Auto Show and made quite a buzz as everybody was expecting a coupe version of the Prius. Although sources confirmed the fact that the production version of the Prius C will not be based on the concept we didn’t want to believe them… but it appears that they were right, as we saw today the first brochure with the production version. Honestly to tell you, we are quite disappointed because the car is not a coupe, in fact it is a smaller Prius model designed
for crowded cities. 3.995mm x 1.695mm x 1.445mm, with a wheelbase of 2.550mm – these are the dimensions of the car, which makes it a little larger than the new Yaris.
Still, the new Prius C is a hybrid and it is powered by a 1.4-liter gasoline engine delivering 74 hp and 111 Nm of torque but also by an electric motor which produces 61 hp and 169 Nm.Read the entire article Leaked: 2012 Toyota Prius C brochure
