Making full use of Ford Performance-inspired styling, these new Ford Fiesta ST-Line edition models are available in three- and five-door body styles. Jeep is obviously busy and has been seen all over the globe, from revealing the Grand Commander in China, preparing the Renegade for a facelift, and launching the refreshed Cherokee. But even with all these projects lined up, the automaker has not stopped from adding a new special edition version for its European market. We’re referring of course to the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee S that customers from several countries in Europe can already order.
What makes the range-topping edition of the Grand Cherokee stand out from the rest of its variants would be the fact that it sits on 20-inch wheels and it features blackened lower and upper grilles in the front bumper, tinted windows with black chrome surround, and dual exhausts with black chrome finish. Japanese carmaker Nissan is now selling across Europe a new special version of its Nissan Pulsar compact family hatchback. More stylish, more elegant and more comfortable than the standard Pulsar, the new 2018 Nissan Pulsar Black Edition intends to remind everyone that the compact hatchback hasn’t given up in its goal to be recognized in its segment.
When Nissan introduced the Pulsar family hatchback three years ago in 2014, the Japanese carmaker had hoped this new challenger would take a good chunk of the compact hatch market. Although the Pulsar was an exciting proposition and did manage to capture some sales in Europe, it really never managed to present a good challenge against more established hatches in the C-segment like the Volkswagen Golf, Skoda Octavia, Seat Leon or the Ford Focus.
But still, Nissan is not giving up on its ambitions in the continent, and the evidence of this is the introduction of the new Nissan Pulsar Black Edition. As its moniker indicates, the new 2018 Nissan Pulsar Black Edition contains a number of black design accents, allowing it to become more stylish inside and out. The design of the new Nissan Pulsar Black Edition greatly reinforces its known attributes such as spaciousness and high level of safety. Nissan is hoping that the new Pulsar Black Edition would convince potential customers that the Pulsar is still a good proposition and there is a great reason to purchase it.Read the entire article Nissan starts taking orders for 2018 Pulsar Black Edition in Europe

Bentley Motors’ centenary celebration is just getting started. As the iconic British carmaker unveiled the fastest production SUV in the world so far, it is also celebrating 100 years of existence by unveiling a limited edition collectors’ car – the new Bentley Continental GT Number 9 Edition by Mulliner.
Ever since W.O. Bentley founded Bentley Motors on July 10, 1919, the working principle at the carmaker has always been “build a fast car, a good car, the best in its class.” Nearly 100 years since then, Bentley’s celebratory model is seen to live to that principle. After all, the Continental GT Number 9 Edition by Mulliner is inspired by the carmaker’s illustrious motorsport history.

Considered as one of the original ‘Bentley Boys’ of the 1920s and ‘30s, Birkin wasn’t just a customer but also a racing driver. Back then, Birkin commissioned a series of 4 1/2 Litre supercharged Bentley Blower. One of these was raced by Birkin himself at the 1930 Le Mans 24 Hours. As you may have guessed, Birkin piloted the iconic No.9 Bentley Blower – with power increased from 110 bhp to 175 bhp -- at the race.Read the entire article Bentley celebrates its 100 years with Continental GT Number 9 Edition by Mulliner

It was just several months ago when European commissioner Elzbieta Bienkowska called diesel-powered cars as the technology of the past, even giving a prediction that these vehicles will completely disappear in the near future. While it is still too early to say whether her statement will come a true or not, but carmakers are facing a harsh reality for now – public demand for diesel cars are dropping in a fast pace in Europe.
Public sentiment towards diesel cars in Europe has been dropping for the past years, with more and more consumers in the region looking to purchase cleaner, more environment-friendly vehicles. While Europe has been considered as the largest market for diesel cars since the 1980s, but the hunger for such vehicles has been waning lately. It was really evident from how carmakers across Europe has been shying away from diesel cars and pursuing electrification. Nonetheless, the latest available figures on sales of diesel cars are a better proof.
According to a report by the International Energy Agency (IEA), there is really a huge decline in the demand for diesel cars. Since its statement is backed by numbers, it is really quite hard to deny the fact. As per IEA, diesel cars hold a large chunk of the automotive market in Europe, accounting for 42.5 percent of all sales as of start of 2017. But a year after at the start of 2018, the market share of diesel cars in Europe had shrunk to 36.5 percent. Overall during the period, carmakers manage to just move 3.12 million diesel cars to customers in Europe, for a huge decline of 16 percent, according to IEA.Read the entire article Sales of diesel cars continue to drop in Europe, as per International Energy Agency
The diesel exodus in Europe continues. Years ago, carmakers have been in a sweeping race to offer more diesel-powered vehicles in the continent, which hunger for such transports seems unending. But now, it looks like carmakers – including Japanese company Suzuki and Mitsubishi Motors -- are also in a race, but this time, it is to exit from the shrinking market in Europe before it becomes too late.
Yes, Suzuki and Mitsubishi Motors are the latest of the carmakers that are saying goodbye to their diesel-powered offerings in Europe, in light of the growing dislike for such engine technology in the region. They will be joining fellow Japanese carmaker Nissan and Toyota in getting rid of diesel vehicles from their European lineup.
Interestingly, Mitsubishi Motors’ decision isn't really surprising as 34 percent of the carmaker is owned by Nissan and the company is also a part of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance. Mitsubishi has already halted sales of new diesel car in the United Kingdom. It has also stopped sales of diesel-powered cars in Germany. The only diesel vehicles that would remain in Mitsubishi’s lineup are its pickups, but that would only be for the short term. Diesel offerings accounted up to 30 percent of the Japanese carmaker’s sales in Europe in 2017.Read the entire article Suzuki and Mitsubishi to stop selling diesel cars in Europe

Right now, if you check the Mercedes-Benz G Class configurator online, you will be given two options, namely the G500 and the G63. The G500 first came out in January with the launch of the W464 at NAIAS in Detroit, and the G63 made its first appearance in Geneva a few weeks after the first one.
