GeigerCars Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon 65 Edition has more power than the ZR1

Have you ever wanted to own a Chevrolet Corvette track car? Well, if you are, you must know that you don’t have to settle for the new ZR1 with an output of 755-horsepower (563 kilowatts). That is because German tuner GeigerCars started offering a circuit-ready variant of the Z06 Carbon 65 Edition. It definitely is a track car, because it comes with a roll cage, and a safety harness. Apart from that, it has been equipped with a supercharged 6.2 liter V8, which now makes it a little more powerful, with as much as 759 horsepower (556 kilowatts) and 729 pound-feet (989 Newton-metres) of torque.

To still keep its identity, Geiger Cars made sure that Carbon 65 Edition still keeps as much carbon fiber as it can. This is what makes it special and extra lightweight. When looking at it, the exterior comes with a new front end with a revised grille for better airflow, fender vents, tweaked side skirts, and a sub-frame with an integrated diffuser by Geiger. For the spoiler, customers can choose how they want it to be - from a subtle flat piece to a full racing setup. Overall, Geiger Cars’ treatment gave the Z06 Carbon 65 Edition a more aggressive look, without making it look too crazy.

Geiger Cars was able to boost the standard Z06’s power from 650 horsepower to 759 horsepower, as they replaced its regular 1.7 liter Eaton supercharger with a 2.3 liter screw-type unit. This has been paired with the stock transmission, which could be an eight-speed automatic or a seven-speed manual. The throttle, intake and engine software had all been tweaked as well. The upgraded model can now reach 62 miles per hour (100 kilometers per hour) in 2.9 seconds, while reaching a max speed of 209 miles per hour (337 kilometers per hour). That is pretty good when compared to Chevy’s own ZL1.

Supercharged Chevrolet Camaro takes over Europe thanks to GeigerCars

Fine-tuned American muscle cars like Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang are pretty common in the US. Most likely, you will come across one supercharged Camaro when you’re out on the street. But in Europe? Probably not as much. Over the years, there have been no known car tuners that specialise in building car kits for a car like this. However, things are about to change after GeigerCars comes out with its own version of the 630hp Chevy Camaro.

There is no denying, GeigerCars is making a bold move by introducing a supercharged 630hp Chevrolet Camaro in Europe. The Germany-based conversion specialists equipped the Camaro SS 6.2L V8 LT1 with new ECU software, new oil cooler and a new supercharger. Geiger Cars, led by Karl Geiger has been in the tuning industry for years. The auto tuner from Germany has in fact, made special kits for Dodge and Ford‘s high performance cars before.

An exclusively available sport exhaust system can also go with the newly tuned Chevrolet. These enhancements allow the Camaro to deliver 630hp at 6,500rpm and 583 pound feet of torque at 4,700rpm. Overall, GeigerCars’ Chevrolet Camaro can go from 0-62mph in less than 3.9 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of 190mph using its 8-speed auto transmission gear.

GeigerCars does the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

Chevrolet’s 2014 Corvette Stingray has already an amazing design but what GeigerCars did is out of this world. As you can see, the vehicle looks far more aggressive than the standard version thanks to the new front splitter with additional flaps on both sides, a new front grille including grate and a brand new set of side sills.

The rear end shows a brand new bumper with integrated air diffuser as well as a carbon fiber rear spoiler (carbon body kit costs 6,652 euros). The exterior design is rounded off by the Z51 performance package and the special “motorsport gold” paint, which costs a whooping 6,000 euros.

Moreover, GeigerCars installed a KW variant 3 coilover suspension (3,900 euros including assembly), which can be individually adjusted between 10 and 35 mm on the front axle, while the rear axle can be lowered between 15 and 45 mm. For 6,500 euros, the front axle gets 19-inch Geiger forged wheels, while the rear axle receives 20-inch wheels.

Geigers Cars unveils the 2014 Ford F-150 Raptor SuperCrew “The Beast”

Geiger Cars has just unveiled the Ford F-150 Raptor SuperCrew “The Beast”, an upgraded version of the well-known high-performance pickup truck. Designed especially for the Rally “Baja California”, the Ford F-150 Raptor SuperCrew comes with a new 2.9-liter screw compressor with intercooler that boosts the 6.2-liter V8 engine to an impressive 572 hp (421 kW) and 712 Nm of torque.

The engine is bolted to a six-speed automatic transmission and has a fuel consumption of 17.1 l/100 km while CO2 emissions are 340 g/km. Still, Geiger Cars didn’t stop here as it also installed a new suspension system that lifts the chassis. As a result, the Ford F-150 Raptor SuperCrew has a height of 2.20 m.

The pickup rides on high-quality all-terrain tires Toyo Open Country 37x13.5R22 on 22-inch aluminum wheels. Due to the big wheels, the wheel arches can be retrofitted with matrix chains.

GeigerCars.de, the aftermarket expert for American cars, has recently revealed the Ford Mustang Shelby GT640 "Golden Snake,” which is priced at 89,000 euros. This vehicle is based on the latest model of the Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500, which is a force to reckon with even with factory settings. Munich-based GeigerCars.de fitted the 5.4 litre V8 with a big 2.3 litre compressor and Geiger stainless steel sport exhaust system.

With some mandatory software changes, this engine can now send 640 PS (series: 548 PS) to the back wheels. At the highest point of the torque, the mechanically loaded engine is capable of delivering 789 Nm on the crankshaft.

The Mustang is capable of accelerating from zero to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds and it can hit a top speed of 295 km/h. Mustang’s engine block starting from the 2011 model year consists of aluminum. This significantly cuts the load on the front axle and provides the Power Coupe a better position on the road. The car’s carbon engine bonnet also raises the efficiency.

German tuning firm GeigerCars has applied its expertise on the new 2010 Camaro, which completes the trio of legendary muscle cars after the Ford Mustang and the Dodge Challenger. GeigerCars aimed to refine the car using German engineering but it wanted to keep the car's brute heritage.

With the Camaro SS as the base for tuning, its engineers chose to increase the output of the car's 432 horsepower 6.2-liter V-8. GeigerCars's specialty is a high-performance supercharging kit and the engineers did just that for the Camaro.

Using a mechanical compressor, the engine power was raised to 568 horsepower and 799 pound-feet of torque. Aside from the supercharger, the Camaro SS is also fitted with a high-flow exhaust system comprising new catalysts and mufflers.

GeigerCars.de has released its own version of the Hummer H2, proving that the regular trim could still be improved further when it comes to off-road capabilities and looks. Instead of the regular wheels with their 8.5" x 20" rims encompassing 305/60 tires, the "H2 Bomber" will have the Mattracks 88M1-A1 rubber tracks at each wheel.

The specialists from Munich gave this SUV these massive structures, 40cm wide and 150cm long, that ensure amazing traction on basically any type of terrain. The vehicle can function well whether it's used for agriculture, emergency services or expedition.

With its powerful 8-cylinder engine, the car is able to deliver 398 bhp and 574 Nm of torque. GeigerCars.de claims that even extreme gradients can be handled without a sweat.

The updated Corvette platform, which is offered in stock trim from subtle to extreme, comes with remarkable capabilities as it easily adapts to revisions providing outstanding performance. This is what Geiger has done with the Corvette Z06 biTURBO. The modifications involved the cylinder block, heads and crank, while the displacement of the 7.0-liter LS7 was raised to 7.6-liters.

The team at Geiger proceeded to install a couple of high-yield turbochargers and an additional airflow at both the intake and exhaust ends to squeeze out the maximum capabilities of the powerplant. The consequence is an 890hp (664kW) at 6,100rpm and 694lb-ft (940Nm) of top torque at 4,500rpm.

These numbers, Geiger claims, will propel the car to 220mph (354km/h). The modifications did not end there, however, as Geiger painted the biTURBO an extremely attractive shade of green finish.
