Infiniti has released the pricing details of three models: 2016 Infiniti Q70, 2016 Infiniti Q70 Hybrid and 2016 Infiniti Q70L. The price is the same as that of the 2015 models and even includes the complimentary Premium Package, valued at $4,200. Similar to the previous year, the Q70L has its wheelbase extended but it is still $1,500 more than the Q70.
With nine models to choose from, the lineup of the 2016 Q70 is available on sale at various Infiniti retailers across the country. The 2016 Q70 now has a Premium Select Edition that manages to combine an interior and exterior finish with sportier style and more luxurious content.
This Premium Select Edition however will only be available on the wheelbase Q70 3.7 model and the Q70 5.6 model. Infiniti has presented the interior of its concept car Infiniti Q70L Bespoke Edition at Auto Shanghai 2015 for the first time ever. The wheelbase of this special version of the production Q70L is 5.9-inches (150 mm) longer and comes with four luxurious seats covered in rich white quilted leather. Infiniti intends for this display to fill the gap between the interiors seen in production cars and the very luxurious interiors used in the brand’s concept cars.
It’s clear that the cabin of the Q70L Bespoke Edition was built with meticulous craftsmanship. Using three-dimensional textures, the cabin has been turned into a cossetting area, giving us a peek into how the brand’s artistry as seen in its concept cars can translate into reality.
Infiniti also unveiled the Infiniti Q70 production model, and two other concepts – the Q80 Inspiration and Q60 Concept – at the Shanghai auto show. Infiniti’s MY2015 premium Q70 saloon range is now available in the United Kingdom, with a base tag of £32,650, lower carbon dioxide emission, full LED front and rear lighting, and a new family look. The range starts with the new Q70 2.2d model, which is powered by a four-cylinder diesel engine developed in cooperation with Daimler AG and mated to a standard seven-speed automatic transmission, with available paddleshift.
This Q70 2.2d boasts of carbon dioxide emission of just 129g/km while not sacrificing performance. The model offers up to 170PS of output and 400NM of torque.

Infiniti gave the long-wheelbase version of the Q70 – the Q70L – just a $1,500 premium against the base variant of flagship sedan as part of its bid to attract buyers for it ($52,255 vs $50,755, including shipping). The more powered 5.6-liter V-8 version of the Q70L is just $1,700 pricier than its Q70 counterpart.
Michael Bartsch, vice president of Infiniti Americas, remarked that the pricing strategy will provide customers a compelling reason to shift up to the Q70L. Infiniti created the Q70L due to demand from its dealers retailers in China, where long-wheelbase vehicles are popular.

The 2015 Infiniti Q70 already made its debut in the United States back in April, but the company announced today that the Euro-spec version will be introduced at the 2014 Paris Motor Show. Just like the US-spec version, the Infiniti Q70 arrives with new front and rear bumpers, standard headlights featuring the ‘Infiniti Eye’ using LEDs, new LED taillights as well as redesigned standard and Sport grills.

The 2015 Infiniti Q70 has just made its debut with a fresh new look but also with a new long wheelbase version. As you can see from the photos, the front end looks inspired by the Q50 thanks to the double-arch grille. The new front end features a redesigned front bumper, new headlights and LED accents, while the rear end comes with full LED taillights.
The chrome rear finisher completes the look of the entire rear view. Meanwhile, the Sport version of the Q70 offers a specially designed front bumper, 20-inch wheels and tires, while the lower part of the rear bumper comes painted in high-gloss black.
