The outgoing Mercedes-Benz C Class began production in the year 2015. And even though it may not be that old, the automaker decided to already give it a mid-cycle refresh and finally, it has arrived with the 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan. The automaker recently just took the camouflage off the vehicle, before setting out to make its debut at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show in March.

Mercedes-Benz has issued a recall of over 10,500 MY2015 C-class sedans in the United States due to a production error that could cause steering wheels to squeak and fail to turn. Mercedes spokeswoman Donna Boland remarked that the issue was first noticed in September in two vehicles in Europe.
The vehicles had their “steering coupling interlock” in an open position, when they should have been released locked from the factory in Europe. The 2015 C-class model – built in Europe -- was launched in the US at the end of August, Boland said.
The spokeswoman noted models in the US are built at the carmaker’s Vance plant in Alabama, which means there is no reason to say that they also carry the same issue.Read the entire article Mercedes-Benz is recalling 2015 C-Class in the US over steering problem
