For its sleek yet subtle package combined with luxury and performance, the Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe is a car that needs no introduction. Fostla however thinks that there is a much better way to step out and make an entirely new statement. Something bold that is. In this regard, the German car tuner has not only covered the luxury two-door coupe in bright Matte Chrome Orange but also raised the engine output from 577hp (430kW) to 730hp (544kW).
The bright orange body wrap is a combination of metallic and matte finish that produces a certain shimmer while under the sun. To add more oomph to this eye popping color, Fostla has dressed up the AMG S63 with the Prior Design’s wide body kit while a new set of 15-spoke wheels in an anthracite finish bring out the coupe’s more menacing look.
Prior Design is notoriously known for its wide body kits which includes custom side skirts, side sills, fenders, bumpers, spoilers and so on. The new wheel set on the other hand consists of a lowering module and is also the secret to this Mercedes’ more aggressive stance.Read the entire article Get your daily dose of the sun with the Orange Matte 740 hp Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe by Fostla
A new level of performance awaits the new Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe, thanks to the new G-Power Bi-Tronik 5 V1 Plug & Play module. As if the V8, 5.5L, twinturbo is not already powerful, the German auto tuner has thought of combining luxury and performance by adding this unique power module to the Coupe’s engine.
As we said earlier, the Mercedes-AMG S63 has become more powerful. We’re talking about the new 705 hp from the previous 585hp. For this car, the G-Power module is tapped as soon as the engine is engaged in full throttle.
The mapping system gets activated and builds a new surge of power to the engine around this time. However, it won’t fully activate when the coolant goes beyond its normal maximum temperature. The module only becomes active again when a certain level of oil temperature is specified. So this is why the Bi-Tronik Plug & Play module really makes a lot of sense.Read the entire article G-Power Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe boasts 705 PS and 738 lb-ft. of torque
About a year ago, Swedish professional skier, Jon Olsson shared his bespoke Rolls-Royce Wraith, which he named “George”. The monster has an insane 810 horsepower under its hood, and now, he is selling it for a not so budget-friendly price.
The very first time we learnt about this was at The Netherland’s Auto Leitner, with its selling price of around $324,000 (275,000 euros). When looking at the car, it seems that nothing has changed as it remains to have the exterior upgrades and its heavily tuned engine.
Some of the Wraith’s exterior upgrades include Olsson’s signature camouflage wrap, lowered suspension, and the plethora of LED lights. It sits on a set of 24 inch Forgiato matte black wheels fitted with Pirelli Pzero Nero 285/30 ZR24 tires. It also has a jet powered, carbon fiber surfboard that weighs 18 kilograms (40 pounds). We doubt that the surfboard is included in the package though.Read the entire article Jon Olsson is selling his custom Rolls Royce Wraith
Pagani Zonda will not allow the spotlight to be away from it, even years after the Huayra has been introduced. Now, there is a very special one on the road that is specially hand painted by the well-known artist Shalemar Sharbatly. The design is so vibrantly beautiful that it is going to be difficult to keep your eyes out of the supercar.
The project began with Foglizzo, an Italian luxury leather company, who has the desire to show off their huge range of dyes for customizing the colour of their hides. The first thing they did was to wrap the supercar in white, and for four days, Sharbatly took her time to unleash her work of art.
When looking at the finished product, you can see that the artist has used different colours on different sections on the Zonda. To point that out, the front part is a combination of blue and green with purple touches, the driver’s side then has shades of sapphire and cerulean, and the passenger side looks better with some red, orange, and maroon. The rear end of the car, where the tail is, then indicates a mix of these colour motifs. It is a beautiful look for the already stunning supercar. We think that this Zonda is definitely ready to hit the road.Read the entire article Check out this colourful, hand-painted Pagani Zonda
If The Hulk were to be a car, what would it be? Well, you might want to check out this Mercedes-AMG GT R that is just as green and powerful as the angry monster. But before we get to that, let us first talk about the standard Mercedes-AMG GT which is available in a handful of variations. The standard version is the GT Coupe, pumping out a respectable 469 horsepower (349 kilowatts).
There is also the GT C, which focuses more on performance and has as much as 550 horsepower (410 kilowatts). Meanwhile, the range-topping model would be the track-ready GT R, with the ability to deliver 577 horsepower (430 kilowatts). And last but not the least is the four-door GT. But even with those options, one German tuning shop thinks that the AMG GT could use more power.
So going back to the mean, green AMG GT R that Renntech offers as an upgrade. They enabled it to deliver between 612 and 825 horsepower (456 and 615 kilowatts), depending on the trim. The latter of the two is dubbed as the AMG GT R825. This does not only have more power, but also has a torque of 626 pound feet (850 Newton metres). The extra power is attributed to the larger turbo, paired with a software upgrade, blow off valves, and high flow air filter, among others. Of course, expect the transmission as well as the clutch to cope with the change.Read the entire article German tuner Renntech boosts output of Mercedes-AMG GT R to 825 hp
H1 is the first-ever model Hummer developed for the civilian market. The four wheel drive utility vehicle was originally made for the military, to conquer all types of terrains and obstacles. This is why it has got a tough and rugged exterior.
Back in 1992, the H1 suffered backlashes during its production, mainly because it had an uncomfortable cabin and a shortage of power from its engine. Despite its negative traits, the Hummer continued to sell for years, until the automaker called it quits in 2010.
Some people cannot let go of the past though, for instance, Mil-Spec Automotive, a Ute-restoration/modification shop decided to just work on the H1 by looking at its strengths and weaknesses, so it could create the ultimate superstar SUV. And what we could say about the outcome is that it looks impressive!Read the entire article Mil-Spec’s in-depth makeover of the Hummer H1 is impressive
With the latest Star Wars franchise movie, Solo, coming soon, Japanese automaker Nissan decided to develop an exclusive car that would remind anyone of Han Solo’s iconic ship, the Millennium Falcon.
This all started when Nissan entered a partnership with the Star Wars Franchise some time ago. Since then, Nissan has been fiddling with the Rogue. Remember when the Rogue One movie came out in 2016? What’s cool was the Japanese automaker was quick enough to release a Star Wars inspired version of their Rogue model just as its namesake movie was released. This was how Nissan Rogue: Rogue One Star Wars Limited Edition was born. Following that model was the quirky Rogue X Wing Concept, which honestly not everyone was fond of.
This year, Nissan’s latest creation would be the Millennium Falcon-inspired Rogue, which they made just in time for the Solo: A Star Wars Story movie that will make its debut on May 25. The model will even head to the red carpet to join the Hollywood stars. Without a surprise, the same company, Vehicle Effects (which fabricated the other Star Wars inspired Rogues) helped create this one as well.Read the entire article Nissan builds Millennium Falcon-inspired Rogue for world premiere of Han Solo movie
Ferrari decided to boost the 488 GTB and made its mid-engined V8 machine beefier for a more hardcore 488 Pista, which we saw around 2 months ago. Now, the engineers from Pogea Racing learnt from this and did the exact same thing, while managing to squeeze out even more power from the biturbo 3.9 liter V8.
If the 488 from Maranello can bring out 720 horsepower and 770 Newton metres (568 pound feet) of torque, the FPlus Corsa project pushes its output even more by another 100 horsepower and 130 Newton metres (96 lb ft), giving it a total output of 820 horsepower (603 kilowatts) and 900 Newton metres (664 lb ft).
The engine isn’t all that was tweaked here, as Pogea Racing decided to play with its exhaust system and decided that it would install stainless steel flaps to make the most out of the V8’s beautiful soundtrack. After all the upgrades that had been done to the powertrain, there is a palpable impact on the Ferrari 488 GTB’s performances as it has become quicker than the Pista.Read the entire article Pogea Racing upgrade package for Ferrari 488 GTB is even better than the Pista
Audi R8 is definitely a much loved car by the market, and we really are dreading the day it will retire. To be honest, we think that the second generation model might not have the same impact as the older 2006 model, but this model is actually even more desirable with all the right boxes ticked, and its remarkable list of extra trinkets.
The said model is currently on display at Audi Forum Neckarsulm, and is dressed in an Ara Blue shade, while fitted with an assortment of optional goodies added from the Performance Parts catalog that was launched by Audi Sport in summer 2017, particularly for the R8 as well as its baby, the TT RS. In fact, after all the added features of this model, you might think that it has already lost its road legal statues. That’s because physically, it looks similar to the track-ready R8 LMS GT4 launched towards the end of last year.
Aside from its aerodynamic body kit and the front bumper canards, customers can opt to add two or three way coilover suspension. As seen in the photos, the 20 inch black milled wheels pictures here cut down some of its weight by 17.6 pounds (8 kilos). There wheels are then wrapped in 245/30 R20 front and 305/30 R20 rear tires.Read the entire article Audi R8 V10 Plus with performance parts is built to impress
We’re seeing the last days of the Volkswagen Beetle. Sales of its third-generation model have not exactly been positive. But even as the Beetle’s end is impending, it won’t go out without a bang. Memminger, a small German manufacturer, has decided to give the world its version of the iconic car, and the product is absolutely beautiful.
In case you’re not familiar with Memminger, let us give you a few details. It was established in the late 1970s as a steel construction company. The very first time it restored a Beetle was just before the millennium but it eventually turned into their core business. Since then, Memminger has been building, as well as restoring Beetles with the use of the original recipe.
Today, the latest model the manufacturer has built is the Roadster 2.7, a true modern-day Beetle.Read the entire article Memminger’s latest take on the classic VW Beetle is a modern masterpiece
Equus Automotive, an aftermarket specialist in the United States, is somewhat in the same field as the Brabus or Alpina. Today, their latest creation would be the Throwback. When you look at it, it gets most of its design cues from older versions, but injected with a modern twist. Now, for those of you who are interested, you’ll have to be pretty quick because the company will only be making 25 examples of these, each one with a price tag of $130,000.
Firstly, the Throwback’s exterior carbon fiber bodywork makes reference to several generations of Corvette. Some of these cues include side scallops that evoke the original. Theres is also the spear, stretching along the rear, that plays on the split window 1963 ‘Vette coupe. Up front, the Throwback features a set of large spotlights in the front bumper for cruising in the evening. In the hood, there is a big power bulge that have heat extractors. In the rear, the circular taillights remind us of the classic model, while the exhaust outlets look like trombones.
As we move into the interior, you would notice that it has been reupholstered by Equus Automotive. It now has a generous amount of Alcantara upholstery like diamond quilting on the seats. Turned metal trim then finishes the center console and door pulls.Read the entire article Equus Throwback is like a tribute to former Corvettes
The Mercedes-AMG S63 – both in its sedan and coupe guises -- is a high-performance luxurious ride that offers 612 PS (603 hp or 450 kW) of max output and 900 Nm of peak torque. These massive numbers are already considered as the higher levels of performance, but people at Brabus believe more can be done to further increase these figures. Turning belief to reality, the well-known German tuning company created the new Brabus 800 Sedan and Coupe as based on the AMG S 63 4Matic+.
As its name indicates, the Brabus 800 Sedan and Coupe based on the AMG S 63 boasts of 800 PS (789 hp or 588 kW) of max output from the heavily upgraded AMG 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine. The peak torque level has already been boosted from 900 Nm to 1,000 Nm (737 lb.-ft.) as available at just 3,600 rpm. An untouched AMG 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine is already powerful enough to send the AMG S 63 – both sedan and coupe versions -- sprinting from nil to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds and achieving a top speed of 250 km/h.
But the upgraded eight-cylinder mill with its boosted power allows the Brabus 800 Sedan and Coupe based on the AMG S 63 to dash from true zero to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds, which is 0.4 seconds quicker than their regular counterparts. As for the top speed of the Brabus 800 Sedan and Coupe based on the AMG S 63, these tuned units could go as fast as 300 km/h (186 mph). For those seeking a faster unit, Brabus is currently working hard to create some tweaks to allow the Brabus 800 Sedan and Coupe based on the AMG S 63 to go a lot faster.Read the entire article Brabus transforms Mercedes-AMG S 63 into menacing 800 Sedan and Coupe
To get your hands on a Ferrari 812 Superfast is pretty cool so to think that its performance isn’t good enough is quite unimaginable. Nevertheless, German tuner Wheelsandmore is offering to give your Superfast new upgrades and will transform the vehicle into the 812 Superforte.
No matter how good the Ferrari 812 Superfast is already, that does not stop the crew of Wheelsandmore to tune the vehicle. In fact, this is probably Maranello’s most powerful 12 cylinder engine with 800 horsepower and 718 Newton metres, making it really quick but still easy to handle.
The very first thing the tuner will work on would be the exhaust system, as this will be upgraded to either a stainless steel or a lightweight nickel chromium-based super alloy called Inconel. This includes sport catalytic converters and a valve inside to tweak the sound.Read the entire article Wheelsandmore Ferrari 812 Superforte contains upgraded wheel design, exhaust, suspension
The Acura NSX, even though it has been produced in the United States, is rightfully claimed as one of its own by the legions of fans in Japan, where it is known as a Honda. For this particular example we are going to talk about, the owner definitely took it even further.
When looking at the images, it seems like the said car has been shot at Tokyo’s famous Tsukiji fish market, or some other similar market there. But it isn’t the place that matters, but the subject. As you can see here, this hybrid supercar looks like it is part of the country’s Super GT championship. But Honda is known for having several NSX-GTs in the series’ top GT500 class.
Though this Acura NSX looks a lot like a track focused car, it actually is a road going car. The supercar was modified by Liberty Walk and has been given a full body kit, making it look wider with a meaner demeanor. It had also been given enough aerodynamic enhancements that it will remind you of an air force fighter - blacked out like the one in the photo.Read the entire article Spotted in Japan: Honda NSX by Liberty Walk almost looks like it belongs on the track
British automaker McLaren developed their MSO (McLaren Special Operations) division to make their already exclusive vehicles a little more bespoke. And today, we are going to discuss some of their newest and coolest products that indicate the company’s expertise in style and performance to the Sports Series range.
For instance, if you own a 570S Coupe, 570GT and 570S Spider, and you want to achieve a meaner sound, you can always order the new titanium exhaust. It is actually lighter than the stock unit by 11 pounds (5 kilograms). Best of all, it makes the sound it produces five decibels louder. MSO claims that the car’s new tone sounds cleaner and crisper, and that this comes from the rear end of the vehicle.
Today, the titanium exhaust runs 4,750 pounds ($6,570 at current exchange rates), and this part can be had in a Nano Black finish, instead of the standard Nano Clear colour. The good news here is that these add-ons will not only be available as an option for new cars, as later this year, MSO will be offering these as an upgrade to already existing Sports Series owners.Read the entire article Give your McLaren 570S Coupé, 570GT, or 570S Spider a meaner sound by installing MSO titanium exhaust
This BMW 7 Series in the 730Li spec features a 2.0 liter four cylinder power unit. It also gets a longer wheelbase and that means that it is heavier and will tax its engine even more. This particular model we are talking about today can be found in the BMW Abu Dhabi Motors dealership and is finished in a beautiful Ruby Black Metallic finish.
Exterior upgrades that come with it include a 3D Design front spoiler, an M Performance trunk lid spoiler, and an M Performance kidney grille. And we are quite sure you noticed the new set of wheels it sits on as they measure 21 inches in diameter, and have been finished in an orbit grey shade.
As you move into the car’s interior, there are clear signs that this had been made by the automaker’s BMW Individual division. Red leather covers the seats, the door panels and part of the center console and the bottom part of the dashboard.Read the entire article Ruby Black Metallic BMW 730Li is presented in Abu Dhabi
The latest teaser Nissan showed us had an image of the snowy mountains with an audio of what we thought was the 370Z’s engine sound. To cap off the teaser, it was introduced as the 370Zki. Well, if you want to see this Nissan snowmobile for yourself, check out this two-door snowmobile at the 2018 Chicago Auto Show. And before you get too excited, we will already tell you that this is not for sale.
Having said that, it does not mean that it is impossible for you to customize one, it’s just that it may be quite difficult and impractical. To do this, you will have to order tracks and skis from American Track Truck. And then a highly capable person should be able to attach it to a tiny sports car. That’s where it becomes tricky. For this unit, the entire driveline had to be scrapped.
This process involves lifting the car by three inches all around, which needed a custom lift kit. But even that was not enough space for the tracks that measure four feet on the ground. Of course, other necessary things like custom mounts for the rear springs, and three-inch wheel spacers were added to get the tracks away from the car. Both the exhaust and the brake lines were rerouted, while the rear wheel wells were modified so the tracks won’t chew up the body. All that change was just for the back.Read the entire article This insane Nissan 370Zki snowmobile will be presented at the 2018 Chicago Auto Show
The name Lapo Elkann may be familiar to you. Yes, this is the Italian Fiat heir who faked his own kidnapping. He is making some noise again, but this time, it is for something we applaud him for. He plans to treat car enthusiasts to projects made by a company he owns, Garage Italia Customs.
Having said that, one of the newest models his aftermarket company has done would be this Ferrari GTC4Lusso, and guess who it was made for specially? It’s for no less than the company’s creative director, founder and chairman, Elkann. He made this model extra special by transforming it into a one off example by giving it different hues of blue all around the body - inside and out. He explains on a post on Instagram that these colours are symbols of the infinite, which are associated to both the sky and the sea.
Starting off on its exterior, the Ferrari GTC4 Lusso is finished in Scottish Blue (Blu Scozia) that combines it with another shade of blue that is the Azzurro Lapo. The latter is painted on the bonnet, roof, trunk, and side gills and acts as a contrast to the other shade of blue. To match the body, of course, Garage Italia Customs will be giving it blue brake calipers too.Read the entire article This one-off Ferrari GTC4Lusso by Lapo Elkann is a vision in blue
The Aston Martin Valkyrie is probably the most futuristic looking vehicle that is out today. In fact, it looks like a spaceship on wheels and could perfectly star in a Sci-Fi movie. Having that, it is actually currently being developed by Gaydon, together with Red Bull Advanced Technologies to make it perform even better than it already does.
It’s a limited edition model with only 150 units to be produced. However, every single example has already been accounted for. Now, one future owner of this car revealed to us what he has planned for his vehicle.
The Valkyrie’s style alone is already pretty much out of this planet, as you can see here in 95 percent ready production form. Now, the owner chose to get the Lunar Red paint to finish his car, but with one ingredient the automaker, or the industry has never used before: dust from the Moon.Read the entire article Buyer gets Aston Martin Valkyrie featuring moon dust into its paint
After the Pantera reboot made its debut on January 31st, Ares Design announced plans to give another modern supercar a classic makeover. The revival of De Tomaso’s legendary model is based on the Lamborghini Huracan, while the Project Pony will be using the same underpinnings as that of the Ferrari GTC4Lusso. As for its bodywork, it will remind you of Maranello’s models from years before.
For Ares Design’s projects lined up for 2018, they will take inspiration from a trio of boxy grand tourers offered by Ferrari from 1972 up until 1989. These models include the 365 GT4 2+2, 400i, as well as the 412. Soon, Ferrari will bring these guys back to life in the Project Pony teased here in an official sketch. And by looking at the sketches, it seems like these models will be built with the full carbon fiber coach built body.
The Ferrari 412, the 400i, and the 365 GT4 were never the prettiest of Ferraris. And because not that many were sold, these models are now considered very rare, especially with their boxy design. In fact, they are now sought after by many car collectors.Read the entire article Ares Design Project Pony may remind you of an old-school Ferrari GTC4Lusso
