Would you like your convertible to be inspired by a yacht? Well, you do not have to imagine it anymore - thanks to the Bentley Continental GT Convertible and Mulliner for building one. With its size and opulence, there is no doubt that a yacht would enter your mind when seeing this model. This was made possible by Mulliner, which gave it the Galene Edition treatment. Overall, it has a droptop just like that of a yacht. In case you were wondering, Galene is a very apt name as it’s from the Greek goddess of calm seas.
For Mulliner to achieve this look, they had to work with Princess Yachts for some design cues that are necessary. For instance, the Continental GT Convertible was finished in a Glacier White paint that is accented with a Sequin Blue stripe on the lower end of the car, matching the dark blue roof. The convertible is equipped with a set of 21-inch polished Propeller Wheels.
The interior has plenty more design elements that you would associate with yachts. The cabin is made of a combination of Linen, Portland, Brunel, and Camel tinted leather - creams, taupes and nudes that will make you feel like you’re on a high-end boat. This is complemented by the cabin’s trim in the same Glacier White paint. There is even a hand-painted image of the super yacht on the dashboard for more detail, which was made by illustrator Jaume Vilardell. The trunk floor is more unconventional this time, with the open-pore Pinstripe Walnut finish. You can also find the same finish on the center stack and around the gearshift.Read the entire article Bentley Continental GT Convertible Galene looks very much like a yacht
Earlier this month, Porsche introduced to us the 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series. The car wore a Golden Yellow Metallic paint. The same time it was launched, the company said to interviewers that a “range of other carefully selected exterior colours” will be offered for the same model.
They did not mention when the new shades will be revealed, but the company has just shared photos of the special edition 911 Turbo S in other liveries. The most eye-catching of them all would probably still be the one in gold, but the other two, in gray and in white, are also looking good. All three models have matching accents - that is a pair of carbon strips on the front hood and the roof.
The company ensures that the Exclusive Series looks distinct from the standard Turbo S, by adding more carbon fiber accents all over. What makes it even more unique though is that only 500 units will be produced, and each of them features a special plaque mounted on the passenger’s side to prove its exclusivity.Read the entire article 2017 Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series shown in new photos

The Stuttgart-based company has gifted us once again with another 911 automobile, and this is the most expensive-looking automobile coming from Porsche to date. We welcome the 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series. How exclusive… you may want to know. Only 500 units will be produced worldwide.
But this 2017 Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series will not only flaunt its unique yellow aesthetic, it also comes with exceptional power. In fact, it’s the most powerful 911 Turbo S ever.Read the entire article 2017 Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series gets the Midas touch treatment plus 607 hp
Mercedes-Benz will release more premium edition variants of its latest models that are closely based on the same concept of the SLC RedArt and SL design Edition. The car in question is the new GLE Coupe OrangeArt Edition which offers a model-specific upgrade.
In a bid to attract more consumers, the German marque will be offering its pseudo SUV-coupe with the premium edition treatment. The new variant is offered in a couple of black shades as well as in white, gray or silver hues. But what is eye-catching is that the Coupe can be aesthetically known for its orange accents of the rim flange and front apron.
Various eye-catchers in Orange lend the coupe a sporty look, and with its striking contrast, they give the vehicle a stylish vibe. The OrangeArt Edition Coupe also flaunts 21-inch alloy wheels directly from AMG's portfolio and will be offered as standard with a black LED ring meant for the headlights. The exterior's upgrades are only up to here, sorry to burst your bubble.Read the entire article Mercedes-Benz goes zesty with its GLE Coupe OrangeArt Edition

A new Pagani Huayra BC has just arrived in the United States and its delivery was taken by a rich client who goes on Instagram as “Sparky18888.” The new owner of this particular Huayra BC is definitely a fan of Pagani, as he already has a similarly named Huayra (The King) in his garage.
Sparky18888 – who described himself as an owner of various exotic cars – christened his new Pagani Huayra BC as “Kingtasma.” This nickname was purely evident on the gold crowns under each of the aero flaps located on the rear end of the Huayra BC. Its regal stature was also evidenced by the fact that this hypercar from Pagani features a large part of its body wrapped in red carbon fiber. This elegantly dynamic finish is further accentuated by red pinstripes on the side skirts and on the engine bay as well as around the cabin.
Other distinctive elements found on The King of Sparky18888 are the three colors of the Italian flag “Il Tricolore” (green, white and read) and a host of carbon fiber-clad parts. The Huayra BC badge at the rear end of Kingtasma is finished in red.Read the entire article Red carbon-fiber Pagani Huayra BC dubbed the Kingtasma arrives in the US
Fifty years ago, engineers Hans Werner Aufrecht and Erhard Melcher left Mercedes-Benz and decided to rent a barn in Burgstall an der Murr just by Stuttgart where they created the “AMG Motorenbau und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH”. To keep you enlightened, “AMG” comes from the initials of their surnames, while the “G” comes from the initial of Grossapach, that was Aufrecht’s hometown back then.
A decade after AMG has been established by the two, the headquarters was moved to Affalterbach, but development of race car engines remained in Burgstall. In 1993, AMG became popular when people knew that they were the ones upgrading Mercedes models. This was the beginning of a new collaboration between both companies, and the C36 was the first mass-market car launched to compete against the BMW M3 (E36).
On January 1, 1999, Daimler-Chrysler bought 51 percent of AMG shares, then renaming it Mercedes-AMG GmbH. And by January 2005, Mercedes-AMG has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Daimler AG.Read the entire article 2017 Mercedes-AMG GT3 Edition 50 celebrates five decades of AMG

An RHD (right hand drive) BMW M4 DTM Champion Edition has been listed to be for sale by Romans International, UK’s leading supercar dealership. It’s not a bird. It’s not a plane. It’s Kris Singh’s blue carbon flying machine! Time stood still for a few minutes after the extremely rare Pagani Huayra BC Macchina Volante landed on Miami last weekend. Known to fellow car enthusiasts as @Lamborghiniks on Instagram, Singh went over to the airport on Friday to take delivery of his very unique blue carbon Pagani. Ladies and Gentlemen, meet the 12th Huayra BC.
To bear the Pagani Huayra BC Macchina Volante badge, the vehicle is required to live up to its heritage, history and inspiration. After all, the name stands for Mr. Horacio Pagani himself (CEO and Founder of Pagani Automobili), BC for Benny Caiola (the famous Italian car collector) as well as the great Italian polymath Leonardo da Vinci, Pagani’s source of inspiration behind the name Macchina Volante.
As we sifted through Singh’s earlier Instagram posts, the Miami-based car collector recounted the story behind the Machinna Volante (or the flying machine). The name was undeniably inspired by da Vinci’s fascination for designing and building a machine that would allow man to take flight. Being the artist with a very sophisticated mind for his time, da Vinci incorporated wings onto his flying concepts just as he imagined how winged animals such as bats, birds and the like would flap their wings to fly.Read the entire article Kris Singh takes delivery of his gorgeous Pagani Huayra BC Macchina Volante
If you’re selling some of the most expensive and most exclusive cars in the world, perhaps it would be a great idea to commission an ultra-rare work from the same marque to celebrate a new milestone. Perhaps, this was what H.R. Owen luxury dealership group had thought when it commissioned one of the most exclusive Rolls-Royce models ever built -- the Rolls-Royce Dawn Mayfair Edition.
H.R. Owen – through its Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London luxury dealership – decided to commission the Rolls-Royce Dawn Mayfair Edition as it celebrates its 85th anniversary this year. In 2004, the British marque Rolls-Royce officially entered South Korea with the opening of their showroom located in Seoul before opening their second showroom last September in Busan. Now RR will have not only one, but two premium cars as a way of expressing thanks to the largest cities in the Asian country, Seoul and Busan, and to celebrate more than 10 years of congenial collaboration.
Giles Taylor, Rolls-Royce design director, said that this bespoke pair that they have created offer personal spaces that represent the vibrant cities that they occupy, showing the possibilities that the world's most famous luxury house can provide.
He added that like an elegant suit, some of the most appealing Bespoke touches found in a Rolls-Royce are invisible to anyone but its owner. Or they may uncover themselves only by chance to the audience, like the colourful lining of a jacket exposed by a gust of wind as these vehicles momentarily come to a halt in the city.Read the entire article Rolls-Royce pays homage to South Korea with bespoke Ghost and Wraith special editions
Honda recently whips out a new feature for the S660 Bruno Leather Edition. Any guesses? Well, it’s going to be an iPhone app that goes by the name Rev Beat. Rev Beat rates the driver’s shifting proficiency whether it’s horrible, just okay or exceptional while also keeping record of the scores. Isn’t that neat? The new app also lets people know how good they are behind the wheel by allowing them to share the results on Twitter.
Sad to say, Honda hasn’t made this cute tiny roadster available in many markets other than Japan. The S660 was first introduced in 2013 but it only came into production two years later. It is quite disappointing for the majority especially after the Japanese automaker has just come out with this gorgeous brown leather edition with an iPhone app feature.
As standard, the Honda S660 Bruno Leather Edition comes in Velvet Maroon Metallic paint but you can also have it painted in Metallic Gray or in Pearl White. Either way, the Jazz Brown leather interior will certainly look good on any of these colors. Add to that, Honda will only make 800 examples of the S660 Bruno Leather special edition which will either come with a CVT paddle shifter or a 6-speed manual.Read the entire article 2017 Honda S660 Bruno Leather Edition is offered with nifty shifting-game app

The five-door BMW i3 is the Bavarian automaker’s first zero-emissions vehicle to be mass-produced. First unveiled in 2013, this electric vehicle has been recognized worldwide for its fuel efficiency and is ranked as the third best-selling car in the world from 2014 to 2016.
Like all other vehicles, the BMW i3 will soon need a refresh for the next model year. And while there’s still enough time for that, BMW created yet another special variant of this award-winning creation. Called the BMW i3 Carbon Edition, the car will be made exclusively for customers in the Netherlands – yes, only a selected few will get their hands on this baby.
The Carbon Edition comes with a Carbon Black exterior paint (so dark it could pass as midnight blue) and accentuated by a blue tint with Frozen Gray metallic accents, adding an extra oomph to this already awesome vehicle. Also, the Carbon Edition will be sitting pretty on large powder-coated 20-inch alloy wheels (Double Spoke Styling 430), and just like its exterior paint, will also feature a Frozen Gray finishing. It also offers a generous number of standard features including LED headlights, an electrically controlled glass roof, and extra tinted rear side windows and rear window.Read the entire article BMW i3 Carbon Edition to be released exclusively in the Netherlands
It has been six years since Land Rover introduced the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque. Since then (2011), the Ranger Rover Evoque compact luxury SUV has been one of the carmaker’s best-selling models. The British automaker Lotus is noted for releasing low production, limited editions of its sports car lineage. Now the Hethel-based automobile manufacturer is back at it again with its latest special edition vehicle christened the "Exige Cup 380"- proclaimed to be the most track-focused sports car that is now legal to roam the streets.
Lotus has found a solution to make an Exige a slicker sports car. The newest Exige version utilizes the same mechanical features of its predecessor, the Exige Sport 380, but it boasts one factor that puts it a notch above its big brother- you can attach a plate number on it. Lotus specifically made a new sports car that consumers can take to the track, set personal speed records there, and then drive home. You won’t be needing a loyal vehicle hauler; this sports car can easily become your ultimate weekend buddy.
Akin to the Race 380 and Sports 380 units, power is delivered via the 3.5 L supercharged V6 that specifically yields an impressive 375 hP (280 kW) and 302 lb-ft of torque (419 Newton-meters), driving the rear wheels via a 6 speed manual transaxle that is impelled by an aesthetically detailed exposed shifter mechanism. The new Cup 380 can accelerate to 60 miles per hour (97 kilometer per hour) in only 3.4 seconds - a tenth of a second faster than the Sport 380, but 2 tenths slower compared to the Race 380.Read the entire article Road-legal Lotus Exige Cup 380 promises to amaze you on track
Aston Martin could make a good aircraft designer if not for the dedication it has for building its automobiles. Their aviation-themed cars are quite remarkable – stunning limited editions with a characteristic that adds to its exotic appeal. The Vantage S Blades Edition, sporting a livery design inspired by the tri-colored planes of The Blades aerobatic team, and the V12 Vantage S Spitfire 80 edition, with its Supermarine Spitfire fighter plane-inspired design, have proven that cars can be “fly”.
This time, Aston Martin is adding yet another limited-edition aviation-themed car in its artillery – the Aston Martin Vanquish S Red Arrows. This Vanquish S based coupe is named after the Red Arrows, the British Royal Airforce’s own aerobatic unit, and is definitely a sight to behold.
The Vanquish S Red Arrows is dressed in “Eclat Red”, taking inspiration from the Hawk trainer aircraft used by the said aerobatic unit. A contrast to its predominantly red body is its exposed carbon fiber roof that features a “charge” detail similar to that of the fast jet’s canopy design. Limited to only 10 units, each of the Vanquish S Red Arrows is also bestowed with a unique Union Jack enamel wing badge to further emphasize its exclusivity.Read the entire article Aston Martin Vanquish S Red Arrows pays homage to British Royal Airforce
