Vorsteiner creates new VRS Aero Program for 2017 Audi R8

There is no doubt that Audi R8 coupe is already a stylish and dynamically elegant supercar, even without any of the available optional features offered by the German premium carmaker. While customers could really make their second generation Audi R8 coupe look more stylish and more dynamic, they could also opt for a newly created aero program from German tuner Vorsteiner.

Dubbed by the Germany firm as the Vorsteiner Gen 2 Audi R8 VRS Aero Program, this set virtually changes how you may perceive your new Audi R8 – it makes the coupe appear more prepared to take on any challengers on the road.

Interestingly, Vorsteiner’s Aero Program for the Audi R8 includes only three new pieces -- a sleek front spoiler, a dynamic rear diffuser and a massive rear wing -- but they are enough to allow the coupe to convey a more imposing presence. All of these aero elements are made in carbon fiber; all three of them are created to fit perfectly into the new Audi R8. Likewise, it is fairly easy to install each of these aero elements since they are all created to be fitted using the factory mounting points.

This BMW M5 is magnificently wrapped in Military Green foil with aero kit and tires from Vorsteiner

This customized BMW M5 certainly looks like it is going to war. No, it doesn’t bear any high-weapons or any bullet-proof armor, but it is wrapped in a unique green color associated with the military. Well if there is any war that the new BMW M5 is headed to, it is the war on the streets and highways where its looks and power would allow it to survive as one of the fittest.

BMW’s M5 performance sedan is a favorite among customers who like to tinker with their vehicles, thanks to the availability of quite a number of tuning programs for this vehicle. Several tuning companies are offering their own kits for the M5, allowing owners of this performance sedan to further customize it according to their taste and preferences. Among the companies offering tuning programs for the BMW M5 is Vorsteiner. And it certainly doesn’t fail in its quest.

Before the BMW M5 was wrapped with military-like foil, this performance sedan was fitted with the Vorsteiner VRS aero program that includes a front splitter (VRS Front Add-On Spoiler), a rear diffuser (VRS Aero Rear Diffuser) and a small trunk lid lip spoiler (VRS Aero Deck Lid Spoiler). All of these aero parts are made from autoclaved 2×2 pre-preg carbon fiber. Once all components have been fitted, this BMW M5 was then wrapped with matte Military Green foil, making it seemingly impregnable and ready to jump into action.

Vorsteiner 570-VX dreams of being a McLaren P1 GTR

Vorsteiner has unveiled at the 2016 Specialty Equipment Market Association (2016 SEMA Show) styling packages not only for the McLaren 570S but also for the McLaren 570GT. With these style packages, the entry-level supercar of this Woking-based company can be transformed to an excellent vehicle that looks a lot similar to the P1 GTR.

For those not familiar, the Mclaren P1 GTR is considered as one of the most outrageous modern vehicles there is. This model was designed not only to allow for record lap times but to pump the driver full of adrenaline. Since this version is designed for the tracks, the hybrid powertrain gets power courtesy of the twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 engine with output of 789 hp (800 PS) and electric motor which can offer 197 hp (200 PS).

Overall output of the powertrain is therefore at 986 hp (1,000 PS). This racing-only version, when compared to the standard P1, has the track in the front wider by 80 mm with the ride height lowered by 50 mm. Its entire body has a number of aerodynamic features like the wing in the rear which has been positioned above the bodywork by as much as 400 mm. Because of this, the McLaren has a body that can create downforce of 1,455 lbs. (660 kg) when running at 150 mph.

Vorsteiner unveils Ferrari 458 VX program at 2016 SEMA Show

Those who got the chance to go to Las Vegas and attend the 2016 Specialty Equipment Market Association Show (2016 SEMA Show) are clearly in for a treat as Vorsteiner has revealed its McLaren 570-VX program. However it doesn’t seem to be enough for this celebrated California-based tuner as they went ahead and unveiled the Ferrari 458-VX program.

Although the actual Ferrari 458 Italia is no longer manufactured as it was replaced by the 488 GTB, the modifications being implemented by Vorsteiner gives this model a more modern day look. The upgrades also help enhance this vehicle’s road presence while making sure that the design of the exterior gets that extra ruthlessness and aggression.

Starting on the rear section, one can see that there is now a trunk lip spoiler. Since it is composed of carbon fiber, a lightweight material, it helps enhance the downforce and ensures that the rear wheels remain on the ground. Still on the rear, there is a bespoke bumper where a diffuser has been integrated as well as a set of tailpipes with blue tips. While it is clear that the modifications done on the rear are indeed extensive, the same is true for the front end.

Vorsteiner has introduced the GTS-V 1M Program for the BMW 1-Series M Coupe, giving it a front spoiler, rear diffuser, trunklid, exhaust and forged wheels. Vorsteiner unveiled today its latest tuning kit developed for the Bmw X5M. As you may remember, the tuning company also tuned the Bmw X6M and left some of us speechless. As you can see from the photos, the new tuning kit consists of a new front hood, an add-on front spoiler as well as an add-on rear air diffuser with integrated exhaust system.

The carbon fiber combined with the white color gives a new look to the car and because we are talking about Vorsteiner, expect high quality parts. Tuning firm Vorsteiner is set on creating an entire lineup of applications for Ferrari cars, starting with the Ferrari 599-VX. This project makes use of lightweight aerodynamics, performance exhaust and wheels. It has always been Vorsteiner’s philosophy to enhance the car and to not compromise any functionality, quality and performance.

But what could be considered as the main breakthrough in this project are its technological advanced features instead of its pleasant look.

Its body kit is lighter by 70% compared to the factory vehicle. Vorsteiner used a front fascia, a custom racing hood, rear fender intake covers, rear deck lid wing and a rear bumper with diffuser. The latest carbon technology will be used for each of the 599-VX aerodynamic components to reduce the weight considerably.

Porsche Panamera, the brand’s second best-selling model, is a favorite in the aftermarket industry. One of the reasons is that Porsche models are not extremely expensive such as a Ferrari or a Lamborghini but they still command the attention of any bystander with their exclusivity and potency.

Tuning firm Vorsteiner has taken a new Panamera V-PT and transformed it to an “aggressive state of mind” while still being able to keep its classic style. Vorsteiner gave the Panamera a makeover that makes it edgy and attractive. Carbon fiber technology is used in all of the V-Pt’s aerodynamic components.

It is finished with numerous layers of automotive clear lacquer that protects the paint from UV rays. To boost the quality and performance, the Panamera used expensive ore rare materials like the Titanium Forged Aluminum. The front bumper cover has been fitted with a splitter that has a removable carbon fiber insert.

The tuning specialists at Vorsteiner have recently revealed full details of its aerodynamic package for the BMW X6M. This kit is also the tuner’s first SUV conversion.

A preview was shown in March with the VRS Aero Package but now, we learned from the tuner that the X6M aero components are crafted using lightweight composite technology and a dry carbon vacuum process.

The parts are composed of resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber autoclave system which reportedly means they are up to 30% stronger than the wet-lay products.
