At the Worthersee Tour 2015, Audi unveiled the TT Clubsport Turbo Concept, a vehicle that takes its inspiration from the legendary Audi 90 IMSA GTO of the late 1980s. According to the German manufacturer, the vehicle is powered by a 2.5-liter TFSI five-cylinder petrol engine that produces 600 hp (441 kW) and 650 Nm (479.4 lb-ft) of torque.
All that power is transferred via a manual six-speed transmission and the Quattro permanent all-wheel drive system, that can push the vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.6 seconds, while top speed is 310 km/h (192.6 mph).

The latest creation from Volkswagen arrived at the Worthersee Tour 2015 and it is the proof that the German manufacturer is catapulting the GT tradition into the future. Dubbed the VW Golf GTE Sport, the new concept is powered by a total of three motors, combined in a plug-in hybrid drive.
First of all, there is a 1.6-liter TSI (turbocharged direct-injection engine) adapted from the Polo R WRC (World Rally Car), producing 299 hp (220 kW) and 400 Nm of torque. In addition, the four-cylinder engine is assisted by two electric motors, one positioned at the front in the housing of the 6-speed dual-clutch gearbox, while the second is located at the rear.
The first electric motor produces 115 hp (85 kW) and 330 Nm of torque, while the second one produces 115 hp (85 kW) and 270 Nm. The total output delivered by the plug-in hybrid system is 400 hp (295 kW) and 670 Nm (495 lb-ft) of torque. Skoda has showcased its Rapid Spaceback Red & Grey Collection at the Wörthersee show. The model is based on the Skoda Rapid Spaceback launched last year, and features Skoda Original Accessories. As the name suggests, the model – with a white body – features grey-red strips that run over its bonnet, roof and rear.
The model boasts of red 17-inch alloy wheels in SAVIO design, exterior mirror housings made of carbon and darkened rear lights. The Rapid Spaceback Red & Grey Collection features a special sports kit that includes front spoiler with black colored splitter and rear spoiler as well as decorative side moudings and diffuser in car body color and a grille frame in magic black.

If last year we saw the Golf GTI Cabrio Austria, which followed the GTI Black Dynamic or the Golf GTI Street, for this year’s Worthersee festival Volkswagen apprentices unveiled the Golf GTI Wolfsburg Edition. The new vehicle is a two-door model painted in Absolute Red with décor strips in Negro Magico Black.
Under the hood, there is an upgraded 2.0 TSI engine taked from the Golf R2 that generates 380 hp (270 kW). This unique vehicle comes with a carbon air box and a hand-welded stainless steel exhaust system featuring a vacuum valve control that allows the volume of the engine sound to be regulated.

Last year at the 2013 Worthersee festival VW unveiled the Amarok R-Style Concept, but this year the stylish pickup truck returned with a 5,000-watt sound system. As a result, the load bed of the VW Amarok Power Concept features one of the loudest portable sound systems ever built and the centerpiece of this DJ equipment is an Allen & Heath Xone:92 with Pioneer CDJ900NXS units as input devices.
In addition, there are two VOID Acoustics Impulse 3t speakers that were designed especially for this pickup and a Void Acoustics Stasys Xair subwoofer. Volkswagen used the Void Acoustics mycro 6-loudspeakers as monitors and integrated them into dedicated functional sound boxes, while the Void Acoustics loudspeakers are driven by amplifiers from MC2.
Under the hood, there is a 3.0-liter V6 TDI engine that develops 272 hp (200 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque. For the 2014 Worthersee event, Skoda apprentices prepared the Citijet Concept under the arm of carmaker’s Head Designer Jozef Kaban. The result is actually a pretty looking car that shows that a city-convertible based on the Citigo can be a perfect addition to Skoda’s lineup.
The Skoda Citijet Concept comes with a distinctive metallic paintwork in blue/white and racy, features 16-inch alloy wheels painted in blue on the right side, while the left side offers white. It seems that the Volkswagen Group likes to chop off the roofs of their cars, as Seat also unveiled their Ibiza Cupster Concept that follows the same path.

Seat is introducing an open-top vehicle at the 2014 Worthersee Treffen – the Seat Ibiza Cupster. Created to celebrate the 30th year of the Ibiza, the Seat Ibiza Cupster features a low, wrap-around windscreen and the absence of a roof. This celebratory model gets its name from the Cupra Roadster, as the Ibiza Cupster is derived from the Ibiza Cupra that boasts of a 132 kW (180 PS) TSI engine mated to DSG dual-clutch transmission.
Jurgen Stackmann, President of Seat SA, called the Ibiza as the heart of the carmaker, describing the supermini as a young, dynamic car with an emotional design and excellent value for money. Stackmann remarked that the Seat is celebrating the anniversary of its most successful model through the Ibiza Cupster and the well-equipped 30 Years edition.
The Seat Ibiza has been considered appealing because of its emotional and dynamic design, as cited by customers as one of the main reasons for purchasing the Spanish brand's supermini. At the 2014 Worthersee Meeting in Reifniz (Karten) from May 28-31, Audi will bring the A3 Clubsport Quattro Concept. If you ask us, this new concept car actually previews the new Audi RS3 Sedan, but for the moment we don’t have any official details. The dramatic new A3 Clubsport Quattro Concept is based on the S3 Sedan but comes with a 2.5-liter TFSI engine found on the RS Q3.
The engine delivers an impressive 525 hp (386 kW) and a maximum torque of 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque, available between 2,300 and 6,000 rpm. With these numbers, the A3 Clubsport Quattro Concept accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.6 seconds, while top speed is electronically limited at 310 km/h or 192.6 mph.
In order to achieve these performances, the concept car suffered extensive modifications as Audi added a larger turbocharger with up to 1.5 bar of relative boost pressure as well as a modified intercooler. Compared with the standard S3 Sedan, the A3 Clubsport Quattro Concept is 10 mm lowers. Volkswagen’s sporty Amarok R-style concept made its debut at the Worthersee festival. The Amarok, which is equipped with a six-cylinder turbodiesel engine, was introduced at Worthersee alongside the Design Vision GTI with an output of 500hp. The Amarok R-style concept features extended wheel well arches and gunmetal-colored 22-inch wheels covered by 295/35 tires.
A 2.0-liter turbodiesel I-4 powers the regular Amaroks. However, a 3.0-liter turbodiesel I-4 with about 270 hp and 443 lb-ft of torque is used for the Worthersee Amarok. Meanwhile, the U.S.-spec Volkswagen Touareg TDI is capable of delivering 406 lb-ft from its 3.0-liter turbodiesel engine. The sport truck is at its optimal level as it is mated to an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive.
As a result, it can accelerate from zero to 62 mph in 7.9 seconds. The Worthersee Amarok is aesthetically enhanced with its red and black accents on the truck’s side. Vw unveiled today at the 2013 Wothersee Tour the Design Vision GTI Concept, an extreme version of the popular Golf. The new concept car is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 engine with 503 hp and 560 Nm of torque between 4,000 and 6,000 rpm. According to the German manufacturer the Design Vision GTI is able to hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.9 seconds and has a top speed of 300 km/h or 186 mph.
Visually, the Design Vision GTI looks impressive, which means that the team under the aegis of Klaus Bischoff (Head of Design of Volkswagen Brand) did its job. As you can see from the photos, the concept comes with enlarged side sills and C pillars which create space for the enlarged track widths and specially developed 20-inch wheels wrapped in 235 tyres in the front and 275 tyres at the rear.

As you may know already each year there is a GTI meeting at Wörthersee and each year Volkswagen brings some interesting vehicles there. For this year, the German manufacturer prepared the Design Vision GTI, an impressive GTI powered by a 3.0-liter which delivers an impressive 503 hp @ 6,300 rpm and 560 Nm of torque between 4,000 and 6,000 rpm.

Skoda Auto’s concept cars will take part in the largest tuning event that showcases vehicles of parent company Volkswagen Group. Skoda is prepping two concept cars for the event, the Skoda Citigo Rally and Skoda Citigo DJ Car. The May event will take in Lake Wörthersee, located in the Austrian village of Reifnitz, a traditional meeting place for tuning fans.
As the tuning event is considered one of the largest and most important of its kind, seven teams riding in Skoda vehicles will depart tomorrow from Prague and head to Reifnitz, Austria and unveil the company’s newest concept car at an exhibition area of more than 600 square meters. Tuning fans are sure to enjoy the 31st holding of the event, to be highlighted by a concert in the evening.
Skoda will bring in a special surprise for tuning fans during the concert. Volkswagen unveiled at the Worthersee Tour 2012, the GTI Black Dynamic, a vehicle built by nine Vw apprentices from four professions. In just seven months, the apprentices created this awesome car powered by a 360 PS (265 kW) TSI engine. According to the official press release, the vehicle features GTI lettering in the doors and hatch with handmade characters.
The interior features sport seats upholstered in black-and-red Alcantara and leather and interior door trim with decorative red seams. At the exterior, the car features Deep Black Metallic exterior finish combined with flat anthracite film trim, a new set of black wheels as well as a new exhaust system. Thank to the engine and gearbox management, the engine delivers an extra 150 PS.
Moreover, a new eight-piston brake system was added. "We are proud of the creativity and achievement of our apprentices," declared Professor Heiko Gintz, who heads vocational training at Wolfsburg. Volkswagen unveiled today at the Wörthersee Tour 2011 the all-new Golf R Cabriolet Concept, its latest addition in the R lineup. Just like the Golf R hatchback, the cabriolet is powered by the same 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine delivering 270 hp and 350 Newton metres from a low 2,500 rpm.
According to Vw, the Golf R Cabriolet can sprint form 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than six seconds and has a top speed electronically limited to 155 mph or 250 km/h, making it the fastest open-top Golf ever.
For those who don’t know, the Golf R hatchback can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds and has a top speed limited to 250 km/h (155 mph). Audi revealed today the impressive A1 Clubsport Quattro, the most extreme version ever seen of its smallest car. The new A1 Clubsport Quattro is powered by the 2.5-liter engine found also on the TT RS and the RS 3 Sportback and delivers an impressive 370 kW (503 hp) and 660 Nm (486.79 lb-ft) of torque.
The engine can push the vehicle, which has a total weight of 1,390 kilograms (3,064 lb), from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7seconds. Moreover, the car sprints to 200 km/h 124.27 mph) in 10.9 seconds and has a top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h (155.34 mph).
The car also goes from 80 to 120 km/h (49.71 to 74.56 mph) in fourth gear in just 2.4 seconds. Audi announced today that at the 29th Worthersee Tour (May 12 - 15) in Reifnitz (Carinthia), Austria, it will unveil seven different models of the A1 hatchback but also the brand new Audi R8 GT in Samoa Orange Metallic, the R8 V10 Spyder and the new RS 5. One of the A1 versions will be a tribute to the FC Bayern football team and will feature a 1.4 TFSI engine as well as a special paint finishe and adhesive films.
This compact car has the Number 10 of FC Bayern star Arjen Robben on the roof and on the doors. The A1 Competition Kit is based on the legendary Audi rally cars from the 1980s.
The car features an Amalfi White paint finish and the original colors of the Urquattro (Begonia Red, Stone Gray and Gray Brown) while the interior evokes memories of the racing successes racked up by quattro technology. Beginning June, Adidas, GTI, and Volkswagen, three of the most celebrated German brands, will work together to come up with a combined product -- the Golf GTI Adidas. This exclusive sixth-generation Golf GTI will be unveiled by Volkswagen during the famous GTI-Meet held from May 12 to 15 at the Wörthersee in in Austrian Reifnitz. It is expected that the Golf GTI Adidas will quickly achieve a collector’s reputation considering that many of the classic cars of today were founded on the 183 Golf Pirelli GTI, 2006 Golf GTI Edition 30, and the 2007 Golf Pirelli GTI.
Similar to these three models, the Golf GTI Adidas is distinguished by the special design of its alloy wheels. For this model, it is fitted with the Serron 18-inch wheel, the name itself is from a race course in Finland.
In the wheel are five U-shaped dual spokes that are machine polished with the region between these spokes having high-sheen black paint. Two versions will be offered for this model which is a three-door one and a five-door variant. As all the Volkswagen fans now, every year at the GTI-Meet in Worthersee, the German manufacturer surprises fans with new concept car. For example, in 2008 we had the the Golf Estate RaVe 270 and in 2009 the Golf GTI Worthersee 09. For this year's Wotrhersee Tour, the German manufacturer revealed the Golf GTI Excessive, a new concept car that illustrates the great design potential of the Golf GTI.
The new car features new add-on parts styled in high-gloss black piano paint. These add-ons are found around the the front spoiler, side sills and rear diffuser (which lights fire-red when braking!). What is really interesting is that Volkswagen is prepared to offer these add-ons on the market, but only if it receives positive feedback from the fans! It's up to you guys, if you want them or not!
