Watch out for the Hamstar Soul at the Kia dealership near you. This is the special edition Kia Soul that was featured in a hit commercial last year that had hamsters totally absorbed in the music in this car. The Hamstar Soul has a starting price of $20,295 and has numerous improvements, mostly aesthetic rather than related to its performance. This model is based on the Soul+ trim and comes in Molten Red paint.

Its artwork includes a black star graphic with the signature Hamstar script logo on the hood and off-black matte finish stripes on the vehicle's sides. The model has a one-of-a-kind exterior appearance that is enhanced with power sunroof, body colored bumpers with a rear bumper applique, fog lights, a set of black 18-inch alloy wheels, a rear sport spoiler, a matte black alloy fuel door, and black fender vents with turn signal indicator.

The Hamstar Soul has an impressive interior that features black leather trimmed seats with heated front seats, floor mats, automatic climate control, push button start with smart key, and leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. The Hamstar is also offered with an Audio Upgrade Package that consists of a subwoofer, center speaker, 315-watt external amplifier and speaker lights that follow the beat of the music.

For customers who have more active lifestyles or are into sports and want to have more excitement, then the Kia Soul is probably the best choice. This is because of a number of factors like the metal pedals, the suspension that has been sport-tuned, the interior trim with the sport cloth seats that come in red-black combination, and the metal-finish trim. However it is at its interior where the Soul is sure to surprise everyone.

While the large offer of space means that passengers will get to experience extra comfort, this model remains to have what can be considered as a moderately small carbon footprint. It can carry a maximum of five adult passengers, all of which will find that entering and exiting the Soul is easy and takes no effort at all.

This is mainly due to having a higher seating position and the rather tall doors. Since there are different choices for the interiors when it comes to the audio system packages, fabrics, and colors, it means that each Soul will be able to display its very own character. Equipped as standard are power door locks and the tilt steering column. It also gets power windows where the driver side has the auto-down feature. Fitted as standard as well are the washer, rear wiper, and map lamps.

All of the seats enable comfortable seating and have stylish cloth seats. The rear seats can be folded in a 60/40 split which can increase the cargo space or allow for multiple seating, depending on what the current situation requires. Speaking of the audio system package, this is the feature that has a large impact on the design of the interior. Its dashboard has been organized better and now has LCD illumination and an instrument cluster with a three dials.

One of the fundamental visual attributes on the dashboard is the floating center stack design. It also enables access to its AM/FM/CD/MP3 audio system that comes with SIRIUS Satellite Radio and three-month service that is complimentary. Meanwhile the center console houses the USB input jacks as well as auxiliary jacks. The center console also enables full iPod controllability through controls on the steering wheel or the ones on the audio head unit.

Kia will also be offering the Soul+ trim which has the usual standard features plus a host of others like a cruise control that has the steering wheel-mounted controls and air conditioning. There are also the tweeter speakers, privacy glass, and even allows for hands-free connectivity through Bluetooth. Meanwhile the shift knob, much like the steering wheel, is wrapped in the finest leather.

Offered as an upgrade for this trim, though it will be standard for the Soul! trim, are the audio upgrade package, floor mats, and power moonroof. For those who decide to avail of the Soul!, the interior trim, as well as the cloth seats, will come in a beige-black combination.

It will also have a metal-finish trim. Offered for both the Soul Sport and Soul! is the Audio Upgrade Package which improves the sound by adding in a 315-watt external amplifier, subwoofer, and center speaker.
