2014 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster for free if you buy a penthouse in Dubai

Article by Christian A., on January 4, 2014

If you are looking for a new home but you are also a car fan we might have the perfect deal for you. Daman Maison building on Dubai’s Mall Street is the answer. Damac real estate and building company will offer a 2014 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster for free if you buy a penthouse. Of course, nothing is for free these days, but we have to admit that the Aventador Roadster makes the offer look really good.

We have to mention that the Aventador Roadster is part of the company’s Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) promotion. For those who don’t know, the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is priced at 300,000 euros, excluding taxes. It is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine rated at 700 hp, bolted to a ISR 7-speed gearbox.

As a result, it sprints from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3 seconds and has a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).

According to Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, Damac Properties. These promotions are always highly anticipated and the best results are seen during this time of the year. Back in 2013, penthouse buyers were offered an Audi R8, while buyers of three-bed units received an Audi A8.

Two bedroom buyers got an Audi A6, while one bed got an A4. In 2012, penthouse buyers in premium developments such as the Damac Heights, Ocean Heights or Burjside Boulevard received a free Lamborghini.

During the Dubai Shopping Festival, Damac gave away luxury cars but also yachts, a private jet or a private island in the Caribbean.

The new Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster has a distinct profile that extends from the roof to the bonnet. The design of the new Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster is basically the product of a thorough study into how to best combine performance and elegance as well as ease of use and a dynamic driving experience.

Lamborghini’s new Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster is provided with two-piece roof as crafted from carbon fiber through RTM and Forged Composite technologies, both which help ensure pure aesthetics and stiffness as well as lightness. In fact, each roof component weighs less than 6 kg, making them easy to handle, simple to attach, and easy to store in the front luggage compartment.

Lamborghini redesigned the rear pillar to ensure that it offers complete support for the removable roof while providing the engine bay with ample ventilation. In addition, rear pillars are designed to accommodate an automatic protection system for passengers.

Visually, the engine hood of the Roadster looks different from that of the coupe, evident on the central "spinal column" featuring two pairs of hexagonal windows, which are meant to cool the engine and properly drain off rain water. These windows also allow onlookers to fully admire the beauty of its V12 engine.
