As you may know already, the Legacy 3.6R Limited uses a 3.6-liter, six-cylinder Boxer engine that delivers 256 hp and offers an estimated fuel economy of 20 city/29 highway/23 combined mpg. The 2015 Legacy 3.6R Limited comes as standard with HID low beam headlights with automatic height adjustment control and dual/stainless tips exhaust.
2015 Legacy resonates with the design motifs presented by Subaru’s Legacy Concept at the Los Angeles Auto Show in 2013. The production version blends athletic form and effective function. Vital to the smoother, coupe silhouette is a nose-cone front that blends the grille and bumper into a single sleek unit. An aluminium bonnet lessens the weight over the wheels in front, improving steering reaction. The 2015 Legacy keeps a footprint much like the model before it.
The 2015 Legacy's windscreen is more angled, pulled 2” forward at the base. The new windscreen angle, higher hip points at the seats, new front partition windows, and side view mirrors mounted on the doors help for better visibility. A 10 per cent enhancement in aerodynamics adds to less fuel use. All 2015 Subaru Legacy 2.5i trim levels present an Active Grille Shutter system standard that assists in improving fuel efficiency by lowering wind resistance when shut.
In the Legacy 3.6R Limited, all-new HID low beam headlights that come standard provide a more distinct signature at night. The U-shaped tail and brake lights found in all models have LEDs for less power usage and a luxury look. Limited trim line versions have exterior mirrors with turn signals – this is an available option for the Premium.
