Acura is starting a new campaign titled NSX Originals. With this, customers who have purchased the 2017 NSX will get a digital and customized film showcasing their highly distinct and made-to-order supercar. The brand revealed that customers in the U.S. have been sent their own customized film. Through this particular campaign, the brand hopes to celebrate how original the concept was for the New Sports eXperience or NSX.
In total, there are 7 unique film versions with each one exhibiting not only the power offered by the NSX but the beauty and dynamism as well. Indeed, each film sent to the owners has been personalized to meet the exact specifications and the various options of their own NSX. Each film even contains the unique serial number of each of the models. The film also shows both the manufacturing process and the technology involved in bringing the NSX to life. Specifically, 7 processes are shown. These are the space frame construction, advanced paint robotics, NSX Rolling Dynamometer, NSX custom hand assembly, Precision Robotic Weld technology, Three-Motor Sport Hybrid power unit, and Zirconium Bath.

Acura Vice-President and General Manager Jon Ikeda shared that while the NSX is indeed a bespoke supercar, it was mainly inspired through an original concept. With this campaign, he added, the brand hopes to share that heritage.
Courtesy of London-based mcgarrybowen, this campaign is only one of the many personalized benefits owners of the NSX have. Other perks include having the 1:18 customized scale model. Unlike other scale models, this one has the same color on the exterior and even has a similar scheme for the interior. The various factory installed features that make each model distinct can even be seen such as the pieces made of carbon fiber, custom wheels, and brake calipers, to name a few.
Acura continues to lead the automotive industry when it comes to luxury models.
