Rolls-Royce has been around for decades now, and we have seen the Rolls-Royce Phantom for eight generations in the span of around 100 years. Of all models, this is probably the most luxurious model, beating all other luxury cars in the market. And that’s saying a lot.
The 2018 Rolls-Royce Phantom can be customized to boast the utmost luxury ranging from veneers and leathers of the richest shades, to porcelain and gold-plated elements that you can put in your Phantom - basically the best of the best.
But before all that, it has to be equally presentable on the outside. The 2018 Phantom is looking very elegant and superior in its metal exterior, which can be had in a solid or a two-tone design. It has got flowing lines, a nice rear, and it sits on massive wheels.
Rolls Royce refers to the new aluminum structure as the “Architecture of Luxury”. In the near future, all models including the SUV, will have the same chassis - living up to the “magic carpet ride” driving dynamic they promised. The new platform can definitely be used for future models, keeping the option open for an all-wheel-drive or an electric powertrain. The extended wheelbase of the Phantom measures almost 20 feet long and 6.5 feet wide, weighing a whopping 6,000 pounds.
