3dCarbon is offering body kits for 2013 Ford Fusion

Article by Anita Panait, on October 3, 2013

Ford Fusion owners could now avail of Official Ford-licensed body kit and a rear wing from 3dCarbon directly from their dealers. As of September 1, 2013, Fusion owners could endow their own units with a sense of personal identity and style. 3dCarbon’s Official Ford Licensed Accessories provide refined accents for the Fusion, aligning it with the original styling direction.

While 3dCarbon’s styling enhancement renders the overall Fusion design theme intact, it makes the sedan looking bolder and slightly more aggressive compared with the Fusions that came straight from Ford’s assembly lines.

3dCarbon’s styling enhancement for the Fusion was achieved without having to resort to current design trends. Just like the Titanium package Eco Boost models, Fusions with the 3dCarbon body kit also don a dual exhaust port with stainless steel surrounds attached into the rear bumper.

The metal details complete the body kit, making a Fusion seem like the more expensive Fusion models. 3dCarbon employs only the highest quality, high-pressure injection molded urethane derived from the same OEM suppliers.

3dCarbon’s body kit for the Ford Fusion went through rigorous crash testing required for passing the Canadian and United States requirements for FMVSS 581, which means that it can endure impacts up to 5mph without damaging the bumpers. 3dCarbon’s body kit for Ford Fusion is covered by a warranty good for full five years or 50,000 miles.

It is easy for a client to come to the conclusion that the previous Fusion model was an easy sell. Ford’s design objective for the new vehicle was to give the mainstream sedan customer a top-drawer visual experience, and adding some emotional interest to an already wise decision.

Inside, the all-new Fusion provides an energetic, driver-oriented atmosphere with cutting-edge seating that brings extended functionality. A higher center console bolsters the driver-centric theme and produces clever storage for handy things a driver wants to keep.

Added passenger space was built-in by transferring the instrument panel toward the windshield, contributing to the cabin's airy, open surrounding. Slimmer, lighter frames bolster the comfortable cutting-edge seats trimmed with fabric using reprocessed sustainable yarns.

Craftsmanship plus dynamics equal feel

Ford Fusion design comes with the guarantee of high visual quality, with enhanced materials, revolutionary levels of craftsmanship and careful attention to detail.

Interior surfaces are milder to the touch and interior and exterior gaps are reduced, while additional care has been taken to upholster or cover every edge and every surface a client can touch. When the trunk lid is opened, for instance, a spring-loaded cover consequently hides the trunk latch hardware.
