BMW Individual surprised us once again with the unveiling of the one-off 760Li Sterling inspired by silver manufacturer Robbe & Berking. As you can see from the photos, the car looks really special and expensive and it is as the kidney grille, side trim element which signals the V12 engine and the trim strip at the rear, model designation and tailpipe embellishers are ALL finished in Robbe & Berling solid silver plating.

Furthermore, the BMW logos on the bonnet and boot lid boast solid 925 sterling silver. Sterling silver-plated inlays are found on all door sill finishers, while silver-plated door sill finishers feature Robbe & Berking lettering. The interior reveals trim strips made of solid 925 hammered sterling silver. For those who don’t know, hammering remains one of the oldest and most sophisticated techniques of silversmith’s art.

The interior design is continued by the BMW Individual fine-grain Merino full-leather trim in Amaro Brown, the most exclusive leather option available for a BMW. On the seats we find contrasting piping in Opal White and Alcantara roof liner in Amaro Brown as well.

Having a stylish presence mixed in with distinct equipment features means that travelling in the new BMW 7-Series is truly an impressive way to cover the miles. In terms of cutting-edge technology and visual appeal, the 7-Series is more than a match for even the highest of world standards. The luxury sedan class has long been known for exceptional driving experience and the essence of athletic elegance.

With the 2012 model year, the upgraded BMW 7-Series is able to reaffirm its sporting prowess and stylish presence. It makes this possible by having expressive new design features not only for the front but even the rear. Even if there was only a slight change in the dimensions, like lowering the overall height by 8 mm, this allowed the sweeping lines to have that added expression while putting focus on the perfect balance of the vehicle’s dynamic proportions.

The 7-Series is already considered as the luxury segment’s most innovative sedan, but the new generation is expected to reinforce this status. Long considered to be the brand’s flagship model series, it is not surprising to know that it has that perfect mix when it comes to refined, powertrain technology, sporting elegance, and luxurious comfort.

By increasing the level of the product substance, the 7-Series is more than ready to highlight its leadership. An excellent blend of different factors results in this new range delivering an in-car experience that is truly top notch. These include putting in new LED headlights with the interior upgraded to allow for soundproofing to be optimized. Ride comfort is enhanced as well.

Helping the 7-Series ensure its position as well are the advanced safety technology and wide array of equipment, both being optional. BMW revealed it will be offering a range of new drive systems or ones that have been optimized. A good example is the in-line six-cylinder diesel engine that is one of the best in the world. Offered as well is the second-generation of the ActiveHybrid 7, which brings with it new standards when it comes to performance and efficiency.
