The latest installment in the DS line, the new Citroen DS3 Cabrio is the cabriolet version of the DS3 that offers a smart design and charming appearance that allows drivers to easily enjoy top-down drive.

Citroen has already sold over 200,000 units of the DS3 around the world – including more than 36,000 in the United Kingdom – since the vehicle was introduced nearly three years ago. Since launch, the DS3 has been offered in several special edition, Ultra Prestige models, a Racing version and in a variety of roof designs. The DS3 played a vital part in increasing awareness of the growing DS line. In fact, total sales of the DS3, DS4 and DS5 models reached the 300,000 mark around the world in only 30 months.

Now, the new Citroen DS3 Cabrio builds on all the essential attributes that made the D3 a huge success -- like bold styling, classy refinement, an enjoyable driving experience and extensive personalization options – and fused it with the thrill and delight of open-air motoring.

Admirably, the new Citroen DS3 Cabrio is the only top-down model in its class that could accommodate five occupants, while offering the largest boot in the segment (245 liters VDA). Also distinct in the segment is the fact that its electrically operated folding roof can be opened or closed completely up to speeds of 75 mph, taking only 16 seconds for a full close.
