Car rental company Europcar has added the MINI Countryman to its prestige fleet. Starting at the end of November, Europeans could have access to the MINI Countryman from any of its network of locations in the United Kingdom. The car rental service prides itself as a provider of latest vehicles for rent, giving customers the widest possible choice -- this was demonstrated when the company added the MINI Countryman to its rental fleet.

Europcar now offers the MINI Cooper SD, MINI Cooper S Convertible, MINI Cooper D Convertible and the MINI Cooper SD Countryman. The critically acclaimed Countryman is the first four-door MINI that provides the same style and fun while adding more space and practicality.

The MINI Countryman features the classic MINI design and responsive handling as well as more space for added luxury. Considered as an ideal city car, the MINI Countryman boasts of having ample room for luggage for either country retreats or business trips, while riding on a stylish set of wheels.

Ken McCall, Managing Director, Europcar UK Group, remarked that the popularity of the MINI brand makes the Countryman a great car for its fleet. McCall added that they are excited to make the MINI Countryman available for rent this winter, as the vehicle was only launched to new buyers in September.

Europcar UK Group’s managing director quipped that since the MINI Cooper convertible models is in great demand, having more of them for rent around the UK is great news for business and leisure travelers who want “to make the most of any winter sun.”

“Whether it’s making a statement at city business meetings, enjoying a drive in the country or escaping for the weekend, our customers can do it all in the comfort and convenience of a Europcar vehicle. As the largest car hire provider in Europe, we continue to provide our customers with access to the widest range of quality vehicles, catering for every driver and every occasion.” added McCall.

Just a couple of years after the MINI Countryman’s introduction into the worldwide market, it has already been behind the brand’s ongoing development. The transfer of MINI’s signature allows for the creation of a fresh car segment that has won the hearts of its target market all over the world. The vehicle will be launched in autumn of 2012. It will be the company’s pioneering model to provide an all-wheel drive that went through series of comprehensive alterations.

The improvements will add to the vehicle’s unlimited driving pleasure. The vehicle’s design and variant of materials available for the interior receives a thorough fine-tuning. The premium refinements are unmatched by the car’s counterparts. The roominess of the five-door car enhances contemporary regard for functionality.

Starting in November of 2012, alterations made for the segment will be available in all MINI Countryman versions. The four air vents and recently designed rings around the Centre Speedo are noticeable when the front door is opened. These are available to all in the shade of Carbon Black with an inner ring in high-gloss black. Being part of the Chrome Line Interior option, they are also available in chrome. In the colors specified and in standard trim, the feature augments the polished, premium attribute of the vehicle’s interior.

The latest door panel design improves the vehicle’s high quality feel and functionality. Modified arm rest offers more ease. The switches for the electronic windows can be found in the door trim. The door arm rest on the driver’s side contains the switch control panel. The assembly of buttons consists of window controls, exterior mirror adjustments and deactivation switch for the rear window controls. Increased storage section is made possible by pushing the window controls far off the center console. On its launching, the vehicle will be available in standard three-seat rear bench. Also, an alternative of a pair of individual seats will be offered for free.
