If chess and sports cars are your to main hobbies we believe that you are the type of customer Ferrari is looking for. The Italian manufacturer introduced its carbon fiber chess set and we must admit that it looks pretty impressive. According to the official description, the chess and draughts set is made from carbon fiber covered wood, which is further personalized with the enameled metal Ferrari shield.

In addition, we find carbon fiber and fiberglass squares. The chess pieces are made from black and red varnished wood, while the night piece is inspired by the PH. As a result, in order to make this impressive set, Ferrari used 60% wood, 20% carbon fiber, 15% metal and 5% enameled glass.

As expected, pricing is impressive too as the set can be yours for 1,525 euros. Ferrari’s online store includes more expensive items such as a Ferrari 599 GTO handmade model at 1/8th scale which costs 4,955 euros or a 458 Italia handmade model at the same scale priced at 5,133 euros.

A Ferrari F500 F2 handmade reproduction model in 1:1.8 scale is priced at a staggering 11,180 euros, while Ferrari 250 GTO scale model costs 6,278 euros.
