The Ferrari Owners' Clubs from Scotland and Ireland will converge in Belfast on May 12 for a special Ferrari event on the world-renowned slipway. The Irish Owners' Club and Charles Hurst Specialist Cars host the event, where Ferrari owners engage in a special trip of Titanic Belfast. A massive array of modern and classic Ferrari vehicles will be showcased on the slipways where the Titanic set sail in 1912 on her maiden voyage.
Among the 20 vehicles to be displayed are the recently launched Ferrari FF, Ferrari 430 Spider, the Ferrari F40 and the Ferrari Testa Rossa. The event marks the first time that Ferrari Owners' Clubs from Ireland and Scotland have teamed up. It is part of a weekend-long program of activities, including a scenic drive around the Antrim coast. Irish Ferrari Owners' Club Coordinator Alan Tyndall commented that the sight of more than 20 Ferrari units in front of the new Titanic Centre will be "an image that will be beamed across the world."
He added that they are thankful to the Titanic Centre for letting them stage the "unique picture opportunity." He further shared his delight in welcoming their Scottish Ferrari friends to Ireland and integrating with them to create "this unique image."
Speaking for Charles Hurst Specialist Cars, Kevin Rogan said that with the Irish Owners' Club, they have been working hard in ensuring that they show their Scottish counterparts the "most iconic sites of Northern Ireland." He further stated that they are looking forward to what is set to be a "fantastic event" for the Ferrari Owners' Clubs at Titanic Belfast
