Honda announces two concept cars for Auto China 2014

Article by Christian A., on April 8, 2014

At the 13th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition (Auto China 2014), Honda will bring not one but two new concept cars, which will probably preview its future models. According to the official press release, Honda will exhibit the world premiere of a concept car that announces a new model developed exclusively for the Chinese market.

Meanwhile, the other model is a concept version for the all-new Spirior. But wait, this is not all! The Japanese carmakers will also bring new production models for the Honda and Acura brands. One Honda model is a China premiere of a new middle-class SUV, while the other one is the third-generation Fit. The new Honda Fit will be sold by Guangqi Honda.

As we said, Acura also has something for the Chinese market, as it will unveil the RLX hybrid model, equipped with the SPORT HYBRID SH-AWD (Super Handling - All Wheel Drive), a high-efficiency and high-output hybrid system that realizes both outstanding driving performance and fuel economy at the same time. China will see the NSX Concept too, which previews Honda’s upcoming super sports model. [source: Honda]
