Kia nnounces scheduled maintenance program for the 2014 Cadenza

Article by Christian A., on May 10, 2013

A complimentary scheduled maintenance program has been introduced by Kia Motors America for the all-new 2014 Cadenza premium sedan. The first five factory-scheduled service appointments are covered by this program. These are applied for 36 months or 37,500 miles. With this program, Kia is increasing its value to new sophistication levels and attempts to differentiate the Cadenza from the rivals.

John Crowe, Kia’s vice president of service and after sale operations, said that the Cadenza is competing in a segment wherein customers expect more. He said that with the complimentary scheduled maintenance program for the Cadenza, customers’ expectations are met. The Cadenza stands out from other models and demonstrates Kia’s plans to launch a convincing contender into the growing space between mainstream and luxury.

The Cadenza is priced from only $35,000 MSRP (excluding destination costs of $800), offering incredible value. Kia’s first full-size sedan already packs a lot of power, technology and refinement but is even more impressive with the complimentary scheduled maintenance program.

Complimentary scheduled maintenance is offered to customers who either buy or lease a new 2014 Cadenza and bring their vehicles to the participating Kia retailers to complete the maintenance work. Kia is offering the complimentary scheduled maintenance program, which doesn’t include wear and tear items like tires and brakes, on top of its 10 year/100,000 mile new-car warranty and Roadside Assistance.

The Kia Cadenza is a car so versatile it can navigate its way comfortably whether through the Swiss Alps or on the Autobahn. That was the intention when this car was produced under the expertise and auspices of Kia Global Chief of Design Peter Schreyer.

Cadenza combines both strength and elegance in its design and built. The look of the Cadenza in itself is imposing and impressive. It shows a vertical nose and a long hood that has been sculpted to blend seamlessly with its swept-back windshield. The front fascia features the Kia “Tiger Nose” which instantaneously associates the Cadenza with the Kia brand. The lower fascia has been widened while the grille and fog lights are accented with chrome trims. Behind the crystalline lenses lie the quad headlights which flank the grille. LED positioning lights and HID headlights illuminate the driving experience for the Kia Cadenza.

The vehicle offers other outstanding features that boost its profile. It is powered by 19-inch allow wheels that are included in the Cadenza’s jet turbine-like Technology Package. The chrome accents are not just limited to the grille and fog lights but are also found in the door’s lower parts and rear fascia. The C-pillar is outlined by greenhouse curves and the rear door is bound by flared chrome bezel. All these put together make the Kia Cadenza an impressive and premium sport sedan.
