MINI UK launches digital store on eBay

Article by Christian A., on June 18, 2014

MINI UK has launched its online store on eBay, allowing its customers to choose and buy items without going to physical stores. Around 1,300 are already up for picking by any MINI customer, which means almost endless ways to personalize one’s MINI – with items to be delivered to where the customer is.

The digital store on eBay features a variety of accessories like wing mirror covers and cleaning products, to alloy wheels and interior trim items. Take note that the only genuine MINI parts are offered on the store, allowing consumers to choose from a selection of popular service-based items.

Customers could also contact MINI Direct to suggest the items that they might want for their MINIs. But that is not all the customers could avail from the online store.

MINI fans and enthusiasts can also purchase official MINI merchandise like the MINI STUFF collection on MINI Direct, which includes MINI-inspired clothing and luggage to children’s toys and bikes.

Andy Wilde, Aftersales E-commerce Manager at MINI UK, remarked that the launch of a digital store on eBay has made it easier for fans to personalize their MINIs than ever. He added the digital outlet will offer a convenient and hassle-free shopping experience for both MINI owners and enthusiasts.

Tony Austin, Head of eBay Motors, also remarked that the official MINI shop on eBay Motors is open for business on mobile, offering eBay’s 18 million monthly visitors the chance to shop for quality MINI parts and accessories at a time and place that’s convenient to them. [source: MINI]
