Article by Christian A., on September 21, 2014

After the Meteor Grey Cayenne S E-Hybrid, Porsche Exclusive focused today on the Cayenne S. This time, the SUV comes with a Palladium Metallic exterior colour as well as with the Sport Design package. If you don’t remember, the package includes new side sills, Bi-Xenon headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS) featuring a black background, 21-inch Cayenne Sport Edition wheels painted in Palladium Metallic and new wheel arch extensions.

The rear end features smoked LED taillights with adaptive brake lights, a sports exhaust system and new sports tailpipes. Inside, the vehicle is equipped with the Extended Trim package in leather, PCM surround in leather as well as leather-wrapped air vents and steering column casing.

Moreover, the center console armrest features the Porsche Crest, while the seat centres are offered in a contrasting colour. Even the roof lining grab handles are wrapped in leather, just like the sun visors and three-spoke steering wheel.

Under the hood, we find the 3.6-liter petrol engine that produces 420 hp (309 kW) at 6,000 rpm and 550 Nm of torque between 1,350 and 4,500 rpm. The Cayenne S accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.5 seconds, while top speed is 259 km/h or 161 mph.

According to Porsche, the Cayenne S has a combined fuel consumption in accordance with EU 5 of 9.5 l/100 km, with CO2 emissions of 229-223 g/km.
