Skoda UK introduces online tool for easier accessories ordering

Skoda UK has launched a new online tool that allows customers to order accessories easier and more convenient. The new accessories portal could be accessed through a computer or through smartphones and tablet devices using a mobile version of the site.

The portal features a simple and clear interface for easy use and drivers just need enter to their vehicle registration and postcode to access it. Once drivers gain access of the portal, they will be shown the Skoda retailer nearest as well as the accessories they could purchase for their specific Skoda model.

Customers can also view the complete price list for each accessory, including the labor time and when the accessories will be fitted in their vehicles.

Available items include family favorites like a compact digital DAB radio adapter that allows the drivers and passengers alike enjoy songs from the radio and from mobile devices in digital quality sound.

Customers could also avail of a tailored four-piece carpet set and flexible loadliner as well as lockable roof bars for extra luggage space. Customers could also avail of bike holders for their respective Skoda units.

Owen Shepherd, head of Service & Parts Operations at Skoda UK remarked that their new online ordering service was designed to allow customers to upgrade their vehicles at their own convenience, without being surprised by any hidden charges.
