Volkswagen Passat now has two new trim levels: Executive and Executive Style

Article by Anita Panait, on January 6, 2014

Volkswagen is introducing two new trim levels to its Passat range: Executive and Executive Style. The Executive trim is slotted between the entry level S and BlueMotion models, featuring a comprehensive standard specification. The exterior of this Passat model features new 17-inch ‘Michigan’ alloy wheels – with the inclusion of a full-size alloy spare – as complemented by exterior chrome trim, along with matt black roof rails on the Estate.

The interior features DAB radio, MDI multi-device interface with USB and iPhone cables and Bluetooth connectivity as well as RNS 315 touchscreen satellite navigation system.

The model’s leather-trimmed multifunction wheel and gear lever are further enhanced by Vienna leather upholstery, including heated front seats, and electric adjustment for the driver’s seat.

Keeping the cabin at the perfect temperature for its occupants is the 2Zone climate control that comes as standard, while keeping the outside vision optimized are automatic lights and wipers and auto-dimming interior rear-view mirror.

The model also features cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, as well as audible output and optical display. The Passat Executive is endowed with over £1,700-worth of equipment compared to the Highline trim that it replaces – all for just a premium of just £200. The Passat Executive starts at £20,235 OTR.

The Executive Style has almost the same features as the Executive, but comes with a number of upgrades and a more distinctive look. The Passat Executive Style features 15 mm lower sports suspension, 18-inch ‘Kansas’ alloy wheels, bi-xenon headlights, front fog lights, and tinted rear glass. All of these are valued at over £2,000 but are just available for just £995 over the Executive.  Both the Executive and Executive Style trims are now available to order.
