Volkswagen Passenger Cars delivered 2.6-percent more vehicles in the first 10 months of 2014 to 5.08 million units. In Germany, the company saw a 4.2-percent jump in deliveries in the January-October period to 483,500 units. Volkswagen Passenger Cars, however, saw its deliveries in Central and Eastern Europe drop 9 percent to 200,500 units in the 10-month period.

Deliveries in Russia shrunk further in the period to 103,100 units (-20.6 percent). The company likewise experienced a slump in North America, where sales dropped 6.8 percent in the first 10 months of the year to 482,300 vehicles.
