Every now and then, BMW Abu Dhabi gets quite a cool selection of customized cars, many of them tuned by BMW Individual. These are not just the nicest toys, but are also the most eye-catching ones as well, often in striking hues. The latest one that’s on display in one of their dealerships would be the M760Li (or M760i in the United States), and it has been finished in a Rallye Green paint that is part of the Individual catalog.
Apart from the stunning green paint, the BMW M760Li now has a front spoiler and an Alpina rear trunk lid spoiler has been added to complement that look. Smaller details such as satin chrome accents around the beefy front and side vents and mirror caps complete the exterior changes.
Changes do not stop on just the exterior, as the BMW’s cabin now features a fine-grain Merino leather upholstery in Opal white, contrasted by black stitching. Furthermore, it has been given extra accents in gloss black, as well as an upgraded entertainment system with dual screens in the rear. Since this model is a M760Li version, expect to see several “M” pieces inside and out to further boost the car’s appeal.
Being the range-topping model of the 7 series, owning an M760Li is like having a luxury sofa that rides on wheels. But that is not all, it is actually also very fast for a full size sedan that weighs a little over two tons. Thanks to its 6.6 liter V12 engine that gives it an output of 601 horsepower (441 kilowatts) and 590 pound-feet (800 Newton-metres).
At the same time, it can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour (0 to 96 kilometers per hour) in just 3.6 seconds, with a standard top speed limiter programmed by BMW to kick in at 155 mph (250 kph). But if you opt for the M Driver’s Package, you will be able to take the car to the track or an unrestricted section of the Autobahn in Germany and hit a maximum speed of 189 miles per hour (305 kilometers per hour) with ease.
This Rallye Green is definitely not the first tuned M760Li out there that has been put on display as well. It is currently displayed at the capital of the United Arab Emirates. Not so long ago, the same dealer had the same model in an Estoril Blue paint job, with a contrasting red interior. Apart from that, there was also the M3 painted in a Java Green finish and tweaked with M Performance goodies.
As expected, every car that has gone through BMW Individual will cost much more than its original price. This one is even more so as it’s already the range-topping model.
