Any car that boasts a two-decade lifespan is quite an impressive feat ---- not only for the brand, but also for those who still have them. With blazing horsepower hiding beneath the surface, these four-door Super saloons continue to be the most practical cars to use every single day.

3. Mercedes-Benz S70 AMG with 525 hp

This could be the S-Class you might not have heard much about. The W140 Mercedes-Benz S70 AMG packs an incredible 7.3-liter engine with up to 525 hp. It can go from zero-60 mph (0-100 km/h) in as quick as 5.2 seconds before reaching a top speed of 187mph (300 km/h).

7. Maserati Quattroporte with 336 hp

To those who can recall, the 4th generation Quattroporte came with a not so impressive 2.8-liter bi-turbo V6 engine capable of only 284 hp. Thankfully, the Italian car manufacturer later on added this 3.2-liter V8 with up to 336 hp into the lineup.
