This is the 2013 X1 Facelift, an updated version of Bmw’s smallest crossover that will make its U.S. debut for the first time later this week at the 2012 New York Auto Show. As you can see from the photos, the 2013 Bmw X1 features a new set of headlights, a new front grille as well as a redesigned front bumper but things don’t stop here as the car features new side sills, new side mirrors.
The rear end comes with redesigned taillights and a new design for the bumper. Inside, the vehicle features a new center console, new air vents with a bit of chrome as well a new dashboard trim, accoridng to AutoForum.
In the United States, the X1 will be available with just one engine (X1 sDrive28i) with rear wheel-drive and powered by the two-liter turbocharged engine delivering 245 hp.
We don’t know exactly if it will be an X1 xDrive35i version with all-wheel drive and a 3.0-liter engine delivering 306 hp. As expected, the models will be available with a six-speed manual gearbox or an eight-speed automatic gearbox. More details to be revealed!
