Ford uncovered the 2015 Expedition by DUB Magazine, a vehicle that will be unveiled at the 2014 SEMA Show. As expected, the SUV arrives with plenty of design enhancements, such as custom mesh accents, a new front grille and lightning, tinted windows and custom DUB Edition badging as well as an integrated radar detection system.
The most striking addition is the new set of 26-inch DS644 concave wheels from Dropstar Wheels, wrapped in Pirelli tires. In addition, the new custom vehicle received a new suspension kit from McGaughy’s Suspension Lift Kits, high-performance brakes as well as a new exhaust system from Borla Performance, which enhances the sound of the 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine.
At the interior, we find an upgraded multimedia and sound system, new seats and upholstery as well as custom adjustable LED lightning controlled by a remote installed in the front row. The new centre console now extends throughout the vehicle and offers places for headphones or tables.
“Expedition already has a great look and design,” said Myles Kovacs, president and cofounder of DUB Media. “We wanted to take that foundation and create something that takes upscale travel to another level, taking cues from airline travel.”
